Great video. collapsible lobster traps are very cool and don't take up much space. Don't know the rules on trapping lobster in the Caribbean though.

Awesome video! Really fun and great shot as usual. Dude there is so much meat in the head. If you have ever eaten blue crabs behind the legs in the body you pick it out. Lobster is exactly the same Yes is more work but don't waste and it soooo good. I eat my kids and my wife's lobster heads because its to much work for them!

I was stationed on Diego Garcia in the mid 70s. We hunted lobsters at night when they came out to eat. I kid you not there were some monsters there. We had fun trying to catch them and were occasionally successful. Delicious. My favorite were stone crabs. We traded whiskey for them with the crews of commercial barges maintaining the harbor. They had traps and knew how to catch them. Usually ended up sharing both crab and whiskey around driftwood fires on the beach. Long time ago.

I was thinking the reef looked dead. Then you confirmed it. Also when beau had his arm way in that hole, I kept having flashbacks of the movie 'The Deep' when the girl got yanked on by a huge eel trying to pull her into hole. Good videos and learned a new term- 'berried' .

Last few minutes and Beau FINALLY hauls in a beautiful big daddy for supper! Great job and bless the food 👏 🙏 🙌 😋 Tip- when its a little wavy or bumpy just bring along a thin long yellow rope in the dingy and while Beau dives and digs Brandy just hold on to the rope, it will not take any strength and snorkel and dive along with Beau and dingy will always stay right over your head. I hate watching sweet Brandy just sit in the boat. Big waves...no problem...try the yellow rope because its easiest to see even when water is a little murky. Today looked like you guys were anchored in a giant swimming pool. So beautiful 😍 🤍 #Got that tip from Ashley and Ben from Sv- NAHOA and they catch monter everything...lol Try it, let me see how it works for ya. Best of luck...really God bless
