Hello Friends! I hope this post finds you all blessed and well. The concept for this video came to me yesterday as I was having my morning coffee. Many of you may have noticed the resurgence of an old hobby of mine during this season of social distances, drawing. I had been working on this arrangement for a few days, and the thought occurred to me to combine the two, so I set out to do a little sketch of one my musical heroes, Gordon Lightfoot, yesterday, and document the progress along the way. I found a clip of him performing this song, and took a still photo from it to use as the inspiration for my sketch. It's a pretty simple sketch, but I enjoyed putting it together along with this arrangement, and video. I hope it honors Gordon Lightfoot, as that is my intention, and I hope it provides a little escape for each of you too.
