💖 Ingredients: 2 cucumbers, 200g of ripe kimchi, 1 can of tuna, 2T of mayonnaise, 2 of pepper, 2 of cheongyang peppers, 1t of wasabi, 2T of mayonnaise
1T vinegar, 1T oligosaccharide, 1/3t salt
👩🍳Recipe
1. Push the cucumbers with a chopping knife and remove the water by marinating them with salt, oligosaccharide, and vinegar for 20 minutes
2. Wash the ripened kimchi, take out the salty food, and squeeze the water.
3. Remove the oil from the tuna, mince the cheongyang peppers, and add them to the tuna.
4. Add wasabi, mayonnaise and pepper to make tuna mayo.
5. Combine rice with sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds.
6. Spread the rice on top of the seaweed and roll it up with class leader Kim, ripe kimchi, cucumber salad, and tuna mayo.
7. Apply sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.
