This is the story of my life right now and yesterday evening I just sat down and asked myself why am i taking myself to the path that caused me pain and uncertainty in the past? wueeh i woke up and moved past that whole concoction for my own sanity.
This conversation is so timely and accurate. I have a fear of looking needy and vulnerable and like being in control of things which stems from past experiences of being vulnerable and betrayal and being sidelined by the people who you thought had your back.

This is so insightful and profound. This is exactly my story in a summarized way. Just yesterday I was greatly disappointed in myself for allowing it happen to me often. Someone to whip sense into me😅
