Healing from narcissism is not that easy. I had to shut the door despite blackmails. I refused to fall for blackmails and painting my image wrongly to please people. I decided to let people hear from him but find my comfort and peace. It's 4 months now. He just reappeared on 1st this year wishing me a happy new year. I had to ignore it.

What you said is so true I lived with one for years and I had to run for my life and children. They don't change and they live a delusional life. I was so broken did several counseling and prayers to heal. May The Almighty bless your work.
I decided to start over . Forget about the huge loans am dumped with, the bills and the belongings i lost. Am finally peaceful despite struggling financially. I owe this healing process to God Almighty. Infact i was trapped, he rushed me into family introduction and we started living . Narcissists indeed traps. I thank God for giving me tactics of getting him out my life
I am also struggling financially but I thank God I am now free and peaceful at last..The embarassment,disrespect,dishonesty,violence,torture etc these people come with is unmeasurerable. They even act to love themselves so much but we survivors already know that Narcissism is shame based fear of being ordinary, It has nothing to do with self love but has something to do with grandiosity driven by high performance and self hatred. #God will restore everything we lost in the hands of narcissists#

Am awed I planned my exit in silent he became aware after 3 mons then I went no contact am happy I did it for myself. Staying damages the children kindly exit asap
Dealing a narcissist, somone almost died from no this new year Eve. I openly told him, hes very difficulty to love and am not willing to risk it. After 6 months of muteness, he wanted us back. Kikkkk I told him I don't have peace around you. He blocked me. Am happy he knows how I was feeling.
Three ways narcissist come to be.1.too much spoiling.2.too much lack of sth 3.conditioned culture eg family of male chauvinists that think men are superior hence as a male in the family he thinks he is the "alpha wolf" if he is a man example in some luhya men never work , women do everythng literally
