8/10. Could do better! Most of the words I had seen before but not used/didn’t remember them. When seen in the context of a sentence, they were much easier to recall. Many thanks for your explanations.

If you are old enough and have the freedom to do so, go live and work in a French-speaking country/environment for one year. Total immersion is the very best way to learn any language. Remember how you learned the language you currently speak? Yes! Totally immersed in an environment where no other language was spoken.
