Work on ball handling and your jump shot. Heavy on ball handle and your jumper!!!! Use the things u learned as a big to your advantage as well, so still try to rebound, use your post moves, and still screen different players!

That is not true. Your body will not function great for the whole 4 hours. Especially if you are working upper body, lower body, and dribbling, and shooting and games within that 4 hour period. That 2 hours here then eat and relax and then 2 hours later on is better, because your body is rested more and you are not constantly breaking down muscle for 4 hours straight. There is a reason why professional athletes are professional athletes, they know what they are doing. And all of them split it up through out the day. The quality of reps are way better when you are not going 4 hours straight. It would be very hard to keep massive muscle doing that. You would end up with a long distance runners body, skinny. Especially if you are not eating anything during that time. Also it is bad on your joints and muscle recovery to go 4 hours straight. I am going to listen and heed to the hall of famers on this one guys.

I get watchu mean, but thats why its important to vary your workouts in terms of intensity. If you do an intense leg workout for an hour, you prob shouldn’t try to be as intense when getting in the gym. Just show up, put the work in, and itll pay off.

I don’t really agree with what Kobe said because sleep is very important. Kobe said later in his career that he wished he slept more that’s why he got so injured because his body couldn’t recover.
