The Mad Hattress I platinumed it as well. But I made the mistake of finishing chalice dungeons after defeating amygdala. I severely overlevelled in the process and consequently the end game and dlc was so easy for me

@@ampadicr5366 I beat the game legit first time and only occasionally went through dungeons because i thought something would come out of it. Didnt stick around to fully see what did. However second time i played through i did the cheeky +10 weapon before ameilia thing and even had fun with that

@@nestormelendez9005 I've heard that it is true from other players. Some people get emails and some don't. Some people have had to email Sony themselves just to get it. But I haven't tried it because I just don't think the platinum theme is that interesting compared to the Hunter's Dream one.

my friend bought a ps4 entirely for bloodborne. If it rereleases on ps5 or even comes to pc i highly reccomend it. Aqua does a great job in this video but there are so many things he missed or didnt go over well enough.

When I was a little boy, and got to a big boss fight, (other games) I always called my father to beat it. Years later, now my father asks me, to beat the bosses. Honestly, now bosses just feels like little mobs, with different ways to beat. Can't wait to start playing this game.

I actually never had problems with fps? The only time the game wasnt smooth is when i was ringing my friend in and the wifi was bad

@@hypershark1422 Just kill any boss of your choise, look directly at them while they explode into blood and feel your FPS tanking in the low 20. Just have too many enemies on your screen and near you, and your FPS will take a hit, you'll actually see enemies moving at around 5 frames when they are a bit more away from the camera, Roms fight is a good example, you'll see nearly her entire spiderlings lagging about, because the game can't handle so much going on, so they reduce the amount of movement happening, to keep the overall framerate stable. Overall, I personally take issue with a lot of the 30 FPS caps in PS4 games, because they aren't really necessary, from my point of view, if something like God Of War or Uncharted 4 can run at nearly smooth 60, a bloodborne with really low res texutres and almost no anti-aliasing should be able to atleast have constant 30. (these are just the most obvious examples, but personally over almost 4 playthroughs, I encountered many drops, but I am too lazy to list them all, I'm sure somewhere out there is a youtube video or smth, that will showcase that, if you need further prove that this game is just not really smooth) Oh and this experience is on a 3 months old PS4 Pro with the newer chipset and boost mode on and off. Doesn't really make a difference tho.

@@DTFinn01 I guess I'm less observant to FPS as most of my life all my games had to run low FPS so I've kind of gotten used to frame drops without it being a big deal. I do understand what you mean though, I went back and killed Amelia and I did notice some frame drops. Likely the reason I didnt notice it this clearly before is because every boss fight was an immense high so I wasnt looking at the screen. Would love if they release bloodborne on PC though, I'd buy that in an instant

@@hypershark1422 Yeah, I probably should mention that this complaint is a nitpick, this game is still a 9.5/10 for me personally, it's just something I think is wasted potential. Really I have bigger problems with some bosses having too big hitboxes, and too much dmg output on NG+ and onwards. Also, the worst the FPS ever tank is in said Boss deaths, which obiously isn't that big of a deal, because there is no thread that kills you, since you just killed it. And same, I would buy that shit on the day pre-orders were available!

@@DTFinn01 Yea the dmg output NG+ is pretty crazy but to an extent i can understand because its supposed to represent the same game but fucking you in the ass harder. in my opinion at least. Bloodborne has a big big dodging mechanic so i think NG+ is trying to force you to either tank all the damage with a fat healthbar, or never get hit

No you can't, you can shoot his head and cause enough damage to stagger and get a visceral but you cannot parry.

@@Vyscera In Bloodborne there is no "parry", but you interrupt attacks and stagger them either by shooting or with some magic (not sure if all of them work), functioning essentially the same as a parry would in Dark Souls. I'm not sure about all of the spells but the tentacle one works well for it.

maybe in dlc or maybe even in bloodborne 2 that little thing gets eaten by the doll and like the doll becomes a god that would be cool

Lol don't hold your breath, I never encourage buying a console for one game but BloodBorne is definitely worth it, plus you can get a ps4 with BloodBorne and the old hunters for dirt cheap rn I extremely doubt it will ever come to pc just like Demons Souls.

Yeah that is true if you are in your 4th or third play through, otherwise he will be to aggressive and is hard to Figure out what time should you parry him
