So true! Mindset is everything 👏 One thing I am trying to focus on lately is input goals, rather than output. That way, I just focus on controlling what I can control. Ex putting out a certain number of videos and not getting too bummed if subscribers/view counts don’t takeoff.

I’d love to see this concept in other video genres, cooking is so huge seeing other genres that are significantly smaller, more niche topics would be fascinating. I honestly would love to see this concept done with a bunch of genres. I’d watch them all to see the distinct differences in algorithmic success. I feel like the videos would vary greatly when looking at things like gaming, history, finance, storytelling etc great video loving the content my guy

I tried most of the techniques but the only thing that got me anywhere close to gaining new subscribers is posting daily shorts 😢, seems like high quality doesn't matter anymore

Same and with my niche being healthcare, the shorts don't really do much. Plus, there is a lot of info available about shorts viewers and subs from shorts not being the focus of growth for channels as they're not often into longform content. So...

Took the advice of just starting without knowing how, but man it sucks not having equipment / means to build up to that. I know all will come in time. idk where my channels direction will go. If I want to do only art / make cinematic little movies that inspire people. but regardless I keep drawing because I love it. don’t really know where I’m headed but I feel and trust that I’m being led and I’ll get where I need to be with time.
