Interesting video, thanks. Gonna check this app out when indoor rowing comes back in autumn/Winter. ;-) Just a little friendly hint for you: You should work on your rowing technique to get the maximum out of a rowing session.
Thanks for watching. I’m not a big enough fan of rowing to be willing to put a lot of effort into refining technique. It’s hard and boring and that’s fine. I distract myself with the EXR app now and just get it over with.
