@@retrodraw3543 not really keep in mind that the strongest monster on the field would be able to blast exodus and continue on. At least that’s by my definition since necro exodus was able to be defeated. It especially can’t defeat any god cards as well

Once you have all pieces you automatically win, if your opponent activates something that makes you loose one piece and then you take the last one nothing happens, but you can’t respond with anything once someone has all pieces

Wow! Having to explain pot of greed that many times would make for a very long game!

Only problem is if you only have 1 card left in deck and it's the last exodia piece, then you cannot use pot of greed

I summon Pot of Greed to draw 3 cards from my deck. I sacrifice Pot of Greed for Pot of Greed, allowing me to summon 2 more Pots of Greed. You know what happens now. I draw 9 cards! But wait, there's more! I sacrifice all 3 of my Pots of Greed to summon Pot of Greed God! Now I shall draw twice as many cards when I summon Pot of Greed! Speaking of which... I summon 4 more Pots of Greed! That's 24 more cards! I sacrifice 2 Pots of Greed for yet another Pot of Greed! I just emptied out my whole deck, and oh! Would you look at that? EXODIA WAS ON THE BOTTOM OF MY DECK THE ENTIRE TIME!!!

She got destroyed by exodia the other way 😉

I think that's his "chant" to activate the eye, which is, blatant cheating.

This whole video is like saying Exodia is part of the millennium items. In reality, Exodia would not be protecting against Pegasus' millennium eye.

@@yigitorhan7654 That is only the version of Yugi that gave up on his heart of the cards beliefs. Normally, Yugi does not go for fast easy victory because that would go against the principles of heart of the cards. 1 shot would go against heart of the cards principles. This Yugi must be recreated where he acts like Seeker the rare hunter because it is all about taking shortcuts to draw Exodia. So even if Pegasus did not win, at least he broke Yugi's heart of the cards confidence.

Yugi probably would've just used the same strategies Yami used to beat the Rare Hunter, you CAN beat Exodia if you know it's in the other guy's deck.

Which is funny, because I think Pegasus made the rules of the game to have loopholes specifically so he could win against the Pharaoh without technically cheating (and thus incurring a penalty game). Like I think he had a rule that using supernatural powers to cheat is legal so he could use his Millenium Eye, which is why nobody else in the series gets disqualified for using magic to cheat, and why Espa Roba was only busted for cheating when they found out he was doing it through mundane means when he openly admitted to doing it with ESP. Plus there is the established case of Relinquished, an OP card that was never banned from official play because it was never released. All that effort, and he still created a way for the Pharaoh to instant-win regardless.

Its even funnier when you remember that direct attacking wasn't a thing. So he could have just not summoned anything.

@@edwardalyassin7887 not fully true. It was stated a few times in the anime that if you dont play a monster while having an empty field your opponent can in fact direct attack you.

@@jeltevl8868 If you saw the way how Kaiba lost in Duelist Kingdom, Kaiba could not play 1 monster in Duelist Kingdom which meant Pegasus won the match. During that time, there were no direct attacks until Kaiba's tournament came.

I looked it back btw because you guys made me doubt myself: but its stated in the duel between yugi and mai: Mai has shadow off eyes on the field (forcing yugi's monsters to attack). And yugi states: If I summon a monster it will be put in attack position. But if I dont mai can attack me directly.
