Hi Very casually I saw this video ,good that you did this one because same experience I had with them.I had visited their shop in Alleppey .There I could see few good collection.But when via Online ,the purchased item was very poor quality .I didn't complant this anywhere because I knew it 2as not of any use . Anyway via this let the people know the truth .

She told everytime the colour may slight difference.Saree they shown with double layer they also said. Veriety of sarees with different ranges available and meterial also differed. I messaged several times in between .. they replied till April ... but always the same reply order id please ... will ship next week ... nope Reply after April. Then I commented on 2-3 of their videos. But they deleted.. I tried to call them .. They didn't answer ... Then I thought to file case in consumer court also ... But finally I got the product ... The senior staff members treat very rudely... if we check any product and feel that we didn't buy that product then suddenly their faces change and speak rudely ... next time they didn't show us the product, they said if we didn’t buy it then we can’t open the product.How can we buy a product without checking… because we spend money and travel for hours to get there… customers are right to check… isn’t??then we were helped by a sales lady who joined the job a month ago.
