I had mentor who passed away in 2009, Val was a lifelong Republican (her family was connected with republicans politics). She crossed over and voted for Obama in 2008. The last time I saw her in the hospital (10 days before she passed), and she told me something that I will never forget. She said, white men are not going to take this well!
