​@@m_r2215 Crave does MIDI over USB but doesn't fully support CC. There are a few important filters that do support CC, thankfully. ( VCO, VCF, VCA) While the only reason why CC might be interesting is to externally save certain states you've created and perhaps implement some internal automation in tracks, but that would be the only thing since the controls itself is great and the feedback is always better if you control from the machine directly as it was intended. Don't forget the Crave also have much more options than the TD-3 when it's about clock and sync in/out, CV / Gate etc, where the UNO has no such thing at all. Besides that, the Crave uses Moog and Prophet filters which makes it supreme for its price. The UNO is nice, but I prefer Behringers stuff over IK Media. TD-3 is great, but when you buy your first (monophonic) expander, I would definitely advice the Crave. And then buy a TD-3 and a RD-6 to compliment it and patch them together, when budget allows it. The choice between UNO vs Crave is easy. The Crave does the same as the UNO and sounds much better especially on the lower end, but lacks internal effects. I also personally rather control the FX from different hardware, as most built in effects are most of the time nice for a brief period of time but gets old quick. And the most important effect for me would be reverb, but the UNO doesn't have one. And thanks to the patching panel, you can get way more sounds of a Crave by just noodling around with patching, getting almost infinite of possibilities. And within that price range? It's nuts. Other hardware manufacturers needs to take a lesson from Behringer. And @maxcaulfield, you have some attitude issues you need to drop, if you want to have some respect for what you say. Because right now, you are just an asshole...

@@PANTA-Music plus you have all those audio outs on the behringers, how do you find the RD-6 for syncing up to a DAW? any crosstalk on the outputs?

I'm about to buy 2 of em! Why do you think it would be great with a Circuit? I mean I know the Circuit is sweet, but just wanted to hear your thoughts, what would the Circuits role be in that setup?

@@raffitchakmakjian I know this is super late but the circuit would be used as the sequencer in that case, much better with the newer circuit tracks where you have two external tracks plus two internal synths.

@@MortChud and techno is techno, hard or soft. Depends on the artist but even then theres artists that go beyond techno just like KAS:ST and other great artists. So you can keep your closed minded comments to yourself.

Of cause you can use it without a computer: Plug in a headphone or an active speaker in Audio Out, or connect it to a Mixer. You can also play with Batteries (a few Ours) without a AC/DC Adapter anywhere!
