IKA C 6000 Calibration EN 

Hello I am Amin Hosseini a laboratory operator who uses calorimeter model C2000. After calibrating the device with three tests for benzoic acid sample in isoparabolic mode of 25 degrees, the device was used for calorimetry of coal and biscuit samples in the same mode, but unfortunately, the final result showed a negative number for each. The terms of use for two separate samples of coal and biscuit were done exactly according to the video on your website channel. In addition, 5 ml of distilled water was poured into the tank for each test. Operational photos and general results and calibration are attached for better understanding. number of 6 and 7 in expriment library are samples of coal and biscuit ,I want the reason for the strange and negative numbers in the final result and to fix this problem. I have a problem with this calorimeter, which is as follows. When I do the experiment, no filling with oxygen occurs, even though the solenoid valve for the oxygen open and I hear the sound of the oxygen filling, and therefore in the end the sample does not combust.
