The only max weight I have found is for one of the two lofts, 220lb. I don’t find it odd that this info is not available.

That's crazy. I live alone in my capital in a "shoebox" on 420 sq meter, and I complain how little space I have. My mother still lives alone in the house where I grew up, even after my father's death, and we children flew out. The house has 4 floors, ok one is the basement , but we use it for different purposes. The house in total is 3230 sq meters (1 floor is 807) and I often asked my mom to sell it and move in a smaller flat. It's so expensive to heat and all the stuff. She could buy small apartments from that price and let out. I will show her small flats from Hong Kong, maybe she will change her mind.

Currently own a 760sq foot condo and now downsizing to 500sqf! I’m loving the micro space. I live in Canada

don’t use ikea bed frame with wooden base, we (me and wife) use it for make love ..it last only for 6 months..then the wooden base brakes apart...

I believe it's only for 1 person. But if you reinforce it to the wall, I can see it surviving. But as the manual says, no horseplay. I have the metallic version & it shakes like a tree when going up & moving. Even masturbation makes noise if you stroke hard enough.

It depends of the loft bed. Ikea makes a few loft beds which are queen-sized. From my experience, most are a double size.
