It is nifty for sure. Definitely looks like an unfinished or trial device. I wonder what the use case of the buds is. If they are a 6/10, it would have been better to drop them, and have a device that is 1/3 of the thickness.
I think they're simultaneously trying to bank in on the audiophile market & the mp3 player craze, essentially re-inventing a late gen iPod nano (with built in headphones!) Except people who collect mp3 players are doing so out of nostalgia and to potentially mod them and audiophiles (do buy a lot of gimmicky crap) but Iikely won't be convinced with the mid audio.
Oh man as a music lover and a tech lover, I AM IN LOVE!♥️ That looks sick, it reminded me when I have the Voyager Poly 60 or something that also have a screen, but this is so much better
Yo, just asked their support and yup, they got voice typing. give it another look? Heard that can tweak the quick menu to google keyboard for voice input. Worth a shot!
This is an intriguing device. Seems like many companies who try to make something that is 2 things (music player, phone) unfortunately create a device where both functionalities suffer. However, I think the form factor is really interesting. 60% reliability on calls/texts is pretty poor tho - does that have to do with the bands supported by the device and would that be likely to change with the 2024 release?
What I mean is that it's a phone, but it's not meant to be a phone in the first place. I know it's confusing, but this is an MP3 that can do phone things instead of being a phone with MP3
Horrible review how are you going to have a review video and keep telling people to watch a different video for the reviewed features. and then not have proper internet to show the true compacity.
