They rent out their identities but these illegals cannot hold a uk driving license so CANNOT BE INSURED no insurance company will cover an illegal driver so the people that rent out their identities should be charged and fined and banned from driving for 10 years

to be fair I think its less likely people renting accounts out and more just using falsified documentation. I did delivery driving for a bit and pretty much all the apps require you to take a photo of yourself for them to compare to your documents each time you drive, would be a pain to have to sort each time. But the whole setup proccess was online "send a photo of your drivers license" was about all the checks done in terms of right to work. Its not particularly difficult to get hold of a dodgy drivers license they typically go for about £40-50 and can be found online. All the fancy holographic doo dads dont exactly work on a photo. Very easy to get past the checks that way. Usually the ones doing it dogily aswell are doing it without insurance, saying their on a bicycle when theyre not, saves you about £2 an hour on insurance which is the difference between making a minimum wage on those apps and just making pocket change really. Takes away the money from those doing it legit...

@@mgproryh Fraud and deception are easy to counter, for example you are not permitted to work without National Isurance and or a N.I number. All employers and agents are required by Law to obtain a valid N.I number before employing the employee or trustee. A driver number shown on every UK Driving licence cannot be generated fraudulently. There are huge databases dedicated for the checking of N.I and Driver numbers by potential employers. The majority of illegal gig workers will be using a rented Identity. I agree, it should be stamped out entirely. The black economy is a tax and N.I robbery.

​@@kth6736 It's not their commitment. They will loose their contract if they don't deliver on time. I know because I worked for them when they started this business in UK. In the beginning delivery zones were small and it wasn't a problem to get order under 30 minutes. It was actually fun and a good cyclist could make £20 an hour. Today it can be 5 miles distance between shop and customer and it's about £1 per mile. You need to be super efficient and lucky to make 7-8 £ per hour.

I watched a driver take a photo of parcel on doorstep , then pick it up and put it back in his van. My daughters had a computer chair and trainers disappear like this in the past.

That's going to impact the speed of operations. Imagine a delivery courier has upto 60-80 parcels/drops to make in their shift, that's taking almost 80 pictures everyday. Also, to upload the pictures on the platform may take up to 1 or 2 minutes each upload. Multiply that by 60-80 images, you are looking at at least 1 hour of time spent on uploading your face with parcel at the drop off point. And when you apply that throughout the week, that's at least 7 hours of a delivery courier having to do what you have suggested. Do you think that's practical, efficient to operations of delivery platforms?

That would explain why having witnessed them rear ending vehicles or clipping the sides of cars they don't stop for a instance to check on the damage. They just disappear into the flow of traffic. My brother was left with £400 damage to the bodywork of his Audi for just such an occurence.

Why when they can pay immigrats less and illegals even less there are literally jobs postings that will not hire British citizens because they want cheaper immigrat workers. Untill immigrats aren't the cheaper option companies will continue to refuse to hire British people in favour of immigrats.

The government are literally clueless they are all so rich they never see the kinds of things we do when you have so much money you can avoid most daily life activity and not be effected by the decisions you make for the country you live in you own bubble totally unaware for the regular people's problems and struggles. This is the main problem the people in government don't represent the people just the wealthy what do they can if people are starving because they screwed the economy when they life off massive wages and own various property that they collect rent from without ever seeing the faces of the tenets they drain dry to pay for there giant houses, fancy cars and yachts and that's if they don't decide to use taxpayers money I mean how does this happen can one person just access the tax money you would think that it would require an approval process of multiple people but somehow they buy second homes on the taxpayer money.
