If there had been a spin-off of Angel, I think it should have been for Illyria, because she's just that cool. There's so much that we didn't get to explore in regards to her character.
Wesley is included because I think Illyria would eventually find a way to bring him back. He's the only one she listens to. Or, he could always guide her via his ghostly status in the official Angel: After the Fall comics. He wouldn't technically be an active member of her team, but he'd be with her in spirit. (Ha).

Absolutely outstanding. Found the link on imdb looking at Amy's page... Such a shame stuff like this (that people would love to see) never gets picked up. Start pitching ideas backed up by this sort of commitment and someone will hopefully make our dreams real. You ROCK!

First class stuff. The editing is superb and the idea for an Illyria spinoff has really stuck in my mind right now. I've seen a couple of fan vids, and I'm sure it could be done with enough dedication and input from Whedon. And yes, Wesley has to be in it. The Illyria/Wesley dynamics of Angel season 5 was great, even if I missed Fred a lot.

OMG, how cool is this?!? I wanna watch this!!!!!! And thank you for keeping Alexis in it! So Wesley died, there's always a way around that! And a Faith/Wesley/Illyria triangle would have made my LIFE! Srsly, brilliant job.

this could be a pretty good show on its own without a connection to the slayerverse just a scientist gets strange sarcophagus opens it and gets infected with Illyria then stuff happens

@fandanstan At this point, Wesley is gone-baby-gone...however, there is a perfectly plausible way to bring Wesley back, that would have involved Illyria implanting in Wesley's body the sacraments that Knox had used together with part of her essence, using her life-force to support Wes's organic functions.

Just a thought, have you read Hotpoint's Compelled series on tth, cause as I was watching this I was thinking all thats missing is Dawn and it was be the perfect opening cerdits for that

@MillaCantLose Thank you so much! I agree that the Connor we got to know in season 4 of Angel is incredibly annoying. BUT, I think with some good writing, his character could have really changed and gotten a lot cooler over time (plus he was all well-adjusted and non-whiney in the series finale). :)
