My first triathlon I knew nothing and asked a million questions, one of which being "what do you wear under your wetsuit, and do you get fully changed before getting on the bike?". The best bit of advice I was given was "do not get naked in transition" 😂

Well done! I did my first sprint last month, and I agree that it’s hard to sit in the achievement when you immediately have goals to do it again! 😅 I loved seeing the practice transition you did, because I did the same exact thing and send my entire seven minute video to one of my besties! Fellow athletes get it! The swim was the hardest part for me as well! I also never felt like I got into a real rhythm, when for all my training pool swims I did! It’s a major accomplishment and it looks like you really enjoyed it!

Congrats Holly!!! I literally started getting teary-eyed when you crossed the finish line 🥹 thank you for sharing your journey and being such an inspiration ❤️ Also! Tip for the salt water if you're not a fan of the taste.. I usually squeeze half a lemon in with it to kind of mask the taste, but you can also take a pinch of the salt(about 1/4 tsp) and swish it around with some water that way you technically don't have to add it to your water 😊 hope that made sense lol

I usually don’t wear underwear under my tri suit similar to a swim suit as it rubs otherwise but if it works for you then go for it !

Next stop, Ironman 🤭 but definitely no knickers under a Tri suit!! Just a sports bra (if you need for the run). Let me know if you need any other tips for your next one, well done the first is the hardest!!❤
