Why does Imane Khelif not FIRST sue the International Boxing Association (IBA) for saying that the sex test results confirmed that Imane Khelif was male and demand that they publicize the result if they disputed the results?
@pemberton6974 how do you know it doesn't exist? What we do know is that both boxers had an opportunity to appeal their ban by the IBA to the Court of Arbitration for Sports, neither chose to do so. We also know that the only requirement for the ioc's own boxing regulator is female stamped in a passport. It's easy to put this to rest by taking a test. That as far as I'm concerned speaks volumes.

The extreme flippancy of the IOC on this issue is appalling. They’ve banned certain swimsuits and disqualify proper for being 500g over weight, but they allow a Y chromosome person with male-level testosterone to box women. This is unbelievably dangerous, and will eventually completely destroy women’s sports if the policies aren’t changed.
100g overweight. The wrestler from India was disqualified for being 100g overweight, which is the equivalent of sis slices of a tangerine. Because weight classes are sacrosanct, sex categories not so much according to the IC.
Especially when you understand that male testosterone levels fall between 265-923 ng/dl, while females fall between 15-70. For reference, a male taking steroids is usually 1000-2000 ng/dl. That is, if steroids are cheating because they give you an unfair advantage as a performance enhancing drug, then xy chromosomes boxing women is literally somewhere between 2 and 30 x the advantage of taking steroids.

Trouble is with this case. I believe that if it does go to court it could be more harmful to them than anybody. Because if it's proved that the XY chromosomes exist, their medals should get stripped. I think I can see a massive backfire coming
If the case relates to 'cyber bullying' then the complainant's gender has absolutely nothing to do with it. You can bully somebody over something that's true (if indeed what they've said is true - I don't use that cesspit of a platform, so I have no idea) quite easily.
There's a lot of talk about intersex, which muddies the waters with no evidence whatsoever that it even applies to this case. A discussion of intersex is a valid topic in general. Maybe those people are stronger than women, but weaker than men and deserve their own category (may be too small of a group). If we are going to have that discussion I think we need to talk about Atrazine and the elitist ruling class' depopulation agenda.

1. The official statement of the IBA they released during the Olympics never mentions 'XY' just that a 'specific test' was done. Neither did they share this test result. 2. The IBA only decided to do this test after their beloved *ORC* boxer lost her undefeated status against Imane. 3. The fact Imane did not see an appeal through does in no way give merit to the statement of the IBA, considering Imane and many others are already leaving the *ORC* mob run and kremlin tied IBA for World Boxing. 4. These kremlin ties are certainly part of why the IBA on purpose wanted to cause civil unrest and feed tension with far right 'viewpoints', not only does this lower our trust in government it also makes governments less stable and more influential by kremlin allies. 5. The real issue is here is communication from the IOC. They try to hide behind stating they the IOC only checks gender through official documentation when they have much better avenues of approach for instance referencing Caster Semenya. This female sprinter, produced excessive amounts of male hormones. Semenya run into doping accusations, this is how they found out her condition. The IOC would allow her to compete, if she took testosterone blockers. This on the basis that she would have an unfair advantage otherwise. She didn't want to comply, and appealed the IOC's ruling at the CAS. CAS decided the IOC was in their rights. Not only does this show the IOC tests on aspects giving a not allowed advantage. Like having a to high testosterone level. Since we don't hear her being accused of this, never in her 8 years of boxing, the IOC should have pointed out that Imane didn't have any performance enhancing markers in their own testing, instead of making a statement which makes it look like IOC 'only looks at a passport'.

In boxing there are also weight classes, so it would only make sense that the testosterone level would also be checked. It's not about discriminating against anyone. It's about ensuring a fair fight. The passport rule needs to be adjusted. In Germany, for example, you can change your gender once a year. Theoretically, a man could use this method to sneak into the women's class.
Problem with that is that the testosterone can affect different people differently. Some people are more or less unaffected by testosterone and might have high levels without having the benefits.

Regardless of the current 'rules' regarding this matter. If a biological woman took testosterone injections throughout her entire teen years then stopped a year before attempting to compete in a sporting event she would be banned, probably for life for doping. Yet a biological male who has the testosterone naturally throughout their life can take 'blockers' for a few months and is then allowed to compete against biological women. The rules no longer make any sense when considered logically and this is the position of people like Rowling and Musk.
The problem is, the "gender testing" that they currently have, as far as I am aware, merely checks Testosterone levels... That is hardly an accurate indicator of gender, as evidenced by Imane who has a DSD disorder, which affects how people develop growing up (be it hormones, reproductive organs and even genitals). She is still a WOMAN. She was never born as a man and she never transitioned into being a woman because she already was one! She has a high Testosterone count because of this disorder, and is very butch and masculine as a result. She even looks boyish as a small child. You realise this is the same argument the radical trans activists spout, right? They say a Trans woman should be able to compete against biological women "if their Testosterone levels are low enough" - but we ALL know that sex/gender is so much more than hormones, for example, lung capacity and bone density. THAT is why it's unfair for a Trans woman to compete against biological women, regardless of Testosterone levels. So it's kind of hilarious that people are saying "SHE'S NOT A WOMAN BECAUSE SHE FAILED THE GENDER TEST" - Which literally just means she has high Testosterone levels, nothing else.
Kehlif needs to return HIS women’s gold medal. The IOC should be demanding this. Include a trans or intersex category in boxing but do not allow XY to compete in WOMEN’s category.

@@nicolasjanvier8617 Charging high-profile figures like Elon Musk and J.K. Rowling highlights ongoing challenges within the IOC. This shift introduces broader avenues for legal challenges beyond just scientific evidence, potentially bringing the issue of fairness and ethics in testing to the forefront. Now we know exactly who would have been lighting the pyre when the village decides that the little girl with six fingers on one hand or one blue eye and one brown eye is a witch.
What exactly are you trying to say? Sounds like you're sticking up for the woman beater. Unless it's ok for guys to slip on a dress and some lippy and kick the bejesus out of women now? Contrary to modern nonsense men & women are not equal and women deserve to be protected from the strength that a man has. Happily most men get this but the ones that don't, they are the ones women need to be protected from. It's nothing to do with physical deformity, it's more of a delusional thing. A man in a dress isn't a woman and shouldn't be allowed to compete as one. While I've nought against a man in a dress in principle, perhaps it would cbe safer if they competed against others like themselves? While possible not the ideal outcome for those individuals, it is undoubtedly fairer to our female athletes.
@@blaisemacpherson7637No, don’t go all medieval, on us! More to the point is that life is unfair, and some are born with disadvantages that they *have* to come to terms with. A blind person for instance will never excel in Formula One racing or be a crack shot shooter! A one legged person won’t be a world class swimmer…..That’s why the Paralympics came into being. We live in a world where everyone *has* to be included no matter what. But sadly it doesn’t work that way. Rather than feed people a lie, wouldn’t it be kinder to teach young people that you can’t always have what you want, but you can still find the path that is better suited to your skills and encourage them in that endeavour? 😢

@williambarton5681 -- And yet, Kalif has a micro penis and undescended testicles, NOT a vagina. Second, Kalif benefited from TESTOSTERONE when going through MALE puberty. It should not matter what his genitalia LOOKS LIKE.
@@williambarton5681 It might be possible for a handful of humans the world over, throughout history... but nah. Hermaphrodites are _extremely_ rare. It's possible to be born with two upper torsos, or three nipples, or two sets of teeth, of course, all sorts of mutations are possible... but it's not standard, shouldn't be treated as standard, and we certainly shouldn't reconfigure society around them.

I was diagnosed with transsexualism 20 years ago before gender ideology took off. What most don’t know is back then trans people were free to discuss the medical/ scientific explanations for the disorder, we recognised it as not something we chose but an infliction we wouldn’t wish on anyone. However a new wave of “trans” came in and took over very quickly, they made it taboo to talk about the medical and scientific explanations within the community. Then there was the “you don’t need dysphoria to be trans” movement. This didn’t make sense to many of us and we tried to warn people that if you don’t have GD and transition you may develop GD after the fact and it’s irreversible. But we were shunned, I left the community over a decade ago and I’m thankful I did, its all ideology now, personal identity took the forefront and since I was in the community for support regarding my disorder and such discussion was quashed there was no support left unless you towed the party line. Transsexuals still have a biological sex and it should be embraced and loved since it is such a big part of your being and cant be changed, still this has to be balanced with the disorder and you have to respect that reality also. I really don’t believe most the trans people I see online actually have clinically significant GD, Its very rare and I don’t recognise a lot of what they say reflected in my experience. I think like other disorders like Tourettes the disorder has been appropriated and people are playing pretend. I would just like people to know that there were transsexuals trying to fight back this fire, but they became larger than us and banished us from our own spaces. I saw it all coming 15 years ago but our community was too small to fight it back and the “trans” community is so toxic its probably worse for your mental health to be in it than actually have transsexualism/GD. Don’t let these people gaslight you, they cant even debate objective reality because they actively silence medical and scientific discussion in the matter, thats why not enough research has taken place and why people like me are left without answers.
@@gretarobinson1142 You’re welcome. I love my country and countrymen, you have been here for me, these people though, they would come after me and destroy my livelihood if I spoke publicly, more-so than non-trans people. I’ve never felt oppressed in my country but now every day I see hate and vitriol directed towards me online, in the news, even my prime minister, Its surreal. The “Transgender” community have destroyed our public image, I can’t blame my countrymen for not understanding when its the trans community they see and not people like me who are an unheard minority in what was our community. A taster of whats to come if we lose our freedom to criticise Ideologies.
Transgenderism 😂😂😂😂 you woke and brainwashed generations with your ism's 😂😂😂 you were gay if you were a man who liked men or a woman who likes women. You have a disability if you're born with both reproductive organs, simple.
Strange how out of the thousands of people that have probably commented unfavouably about this matter, that it is two very wealthy people that they pick on...I wonder why?
Sophie Toscon tu Plantier, a Franch national was murdered in Ireland. The suspect, an Irish national was tried in absentia in France and convicted. Questionis, if JKR and EM were convicted in France, could a judge issue a european arrest warrant, thus impairing their ability to do business in the EU.
not as authoritative as you may think. Biological definition of a women also has caveats because there are edge cases. Perhaps the best way to describe is in terms of typical and atypical "women" characteristics. However, Terfs have been tying themselves in knots, describing women's characteristics in order to exclude trans, without appealing to the social traditional aspects of a women, which can undermine feminism, by applying boundaries/scope to that which constitutes a "women". I find the whole discussion, interesting. There is so much motivated reasoning going on all "sides".
@@PianoDentist It is really simple: *XY = male, XX = female. Genotype always trumps phenotype.* *This is the current well-founded genetical expert opinion* - notwithstanding the existence of some very rare conditions like idiopathic, or chimaerism of other causes, hermaphroditism, or intrauterine absorption of a twin of the opposite sex (one "other cause" for chimaerism!). In the *absence of INBREEDING* (in itself rare and most commonly heavily sanctioned for humans) *those rare conditions are NOT a majority of the children born in any population* , but "freaks of nature" (I here without bias use a commonly understandable idiom), as much as stating this fact may be unpopular. *I omit any "allegedlies" for stating current scientific knowledge.*
One of the best "child" stories is in my opnion "The Emperor's New Clothes" it tells a very good lession on how people are forced by fear of rebuke, on mass to tell a lie and not that the truth that the emperor is walking down the street naked. I don't know exactly what they said that he doesn't want people to hear, but I expect everything they said was true; we've all seen this before. Imane Khelif never even contested the result of the testing by 2 WADA (World Anti Doping Agency) accredited laboratories via CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport). This information will be leaked during such a case against Rowling and Musk...
And Dr Lal Pathlabs plus Sistem Tip Laboratories are independent laboratories and have nothing to do with the governing bodies (IBA or IOC) that utilise their expertise to identify doping etc
My jaw dropped when you stated it's permissible to advertise a job/role targeting a specific 'group'. It's only permitted by a 'rule' written on paper but in reality it is discriminating against one group. And what/who states when there's a fair balance? It seems to me that discrimination against white people is now written in the rules of this land. This one video alone has been an eye opener for me. I'm a second class citizen.
It should be the person most qualified for the job that gets the job. Having said that though, I've always felt extremely uncomfortable using ladies public toilets when there's a male cleaner working in them. The commenter that raised the issue of a church not necessarily being able to advertise for a Christian employee is a thinker too. The entire workforce of a church all need to be singing from the same hymn sheet (pun intended but also quite literally!). I guess it should be the most appropriate person for the job, as well as the most competent.
This kind of case was fought in California years ago, when a pre-med student couldn't get into a UC medical school because of quotas. He won the case. Bakke vs the Regents of UC, you can look it up.
Apparently, the claimant has an undeveloped penis and Testicles that failed to drop. And still produces the male Y chromosome. So the claimant might well identify as a woman, but definitely doesn't have a woman's anatomy . So by that very presice definition, he is a he, just an undeveloped one. I might add that this is probably where the big chip on the shoulders of his started from. You can't argue with nature and biological facts. So good luck to this claimant in court, because the facts will beat his feeling every time.!!!!
What I've learned since watching this channel is that I am terrified about just how much of our law is worded in such a way to allow subjectivity of interpretation, which in turn allows for bias and inconsistency in the application of the law. The recent demonstrable examples of 'causing offense' being lawful under free speech, unless it is deemed to be 'grossly offensive', or how it is OK to discriminate as long as the discrimination is deemed to be permitted under the equality act have shown excellent examples of why the concepts of law, order and justice can be made so elastic that the entire system seems farcical.
No, this is an amazingly good thing. The world is far too complicated to try and define every minute aspect of it. The entire basis of common law is that you are assumed to have all rights and only when your rights bump into someone else's does the law need to step in. It leaves it to judges to be the arbiters, and as such we actually have common sense in our common law (well, most of the time!). Intention matters as much as results, and some classes of people and activities need protection (or there would be no women's sport).
Mate. She IS female! She's not a Trans woman, she's a BIOLOGICAL woman! She's even uploaded childhood family photos on social media... Unless you're gonna tell me her parents transitioned her as a toddler, you're gonna have a hard time convincing me SHE was ever a HE.
IRONIC the IOC bleat 'Everyone has the right to compete without discriimation' Whilst ignoring the conterpoint that there are concerns genuine 100% women would be placed at near insurmountably unfavourable treatment if required to compete against others who are, shall we say for neutrality, 'less evidentally' 100% female If men are permitted to compete as women Women will be unable to compete in women's sport
Of course, the vast majority of people who come to this and other similar RU-vid channels to bully aKhelif into failing in the Olympics, to satisfy their hatred of her national origin and skin color, like you, lack these two human qualities: 1) human dignity and 2) willingness to defend oneself! You racist haters who out of racism and hatred seek to intimidate others, that path will get you nowhere except to court and possibly to jail, and you better start getting yourselves a real life instead!
Good for Khelif. Go to court. Get it all out in the open without any doubt. Prove once and for all that you are a true and honest woman. (good luck with that).
Without knowing the full facts it's really hard to have an opinion about the fairness of this athletes participation in the female category. However in the last few years it seems that women are being pushed out of women's sports in favour of the inclusion of Trans athletes in women's competition. Why are there no Trans Men winning and setting new records in male sports category. No one wants to address that fact. When people challenge what's going on we are told that Trans Women face hatred and discrimination in society so by allowing these athletes into the female category we are some how addressing that unfairness. But women are being killed and brutalized all over the world. I saw an article that said just in the UK a woman dies every 3 days. We are the most oppressed group on the planet and always have been. Love Trans but love and support women too.
