Is there such a thing as Wagyu chuck or blade? Wagyu hamburger or all the other less thought of cuts of beef? Please widen this story, reveal the truth of the entirety of what happens to a Wagyu head of cattle. The species deserves more respect or the revelation of the lack of it.
Right. I know the whole cow can sell for as much as $30K. I also read that the front of the cow is what makes it unique. Large front narrow rear. I dont think I've ever seen any other part of wagyu other than the main cuts. I'm gonna have to investigate now that you mention it
I've had a sampling of wagyu. The sample I had was small enough to fit on one tine of a fork, but even with just that, there was a ton of flavor. I love a good ribeye, or filet, but nothing has topped that sample I had yet.
