Makes me happy knowing I’m not the only one who is stuck on Sorc this season. We aren’t as strong as barbs and necros but we have heart and 10 minute boss fights 😁
I ended up rolling a necro so I could have an easier time on ubers hopefully I'll get that shako for my sorc 😅 EDIT: The real kicker was when my necro was 10 levels down and missing an important paragon board and was severely out damaging my orb sorc
Sorc is my main this season. Never played it before but I love it and it’s fun. I’m making rogue alt just because I love rogue too and that was my first toon season 1 and I had a blast.
Ran a 90 dungeon with frozen orb at level 88. Got to the boss in about 3 mins no issues, then 5 minutes later had boss down to about 75% health. Quit and started leveling barb. Necro is boring af but walks thru 100s and high pits.
yeah thats why i ran it first with good gear, but like not the flame shield shenanigans. Like it did OK in the 91, definitely a bit out of its range tho
Not sure what the criteria is to determine a build's tier, but calling BL an A+ tier seems off by a magnitude of an entire letter or even two. I mostly play sorc and flame bolt is only pushing high because it cannot die. Still, doing 140's and competing with barbs is enough to call it S tier. But the difference between S and A+ should not be over 20 tiers difference in the pits. Necro builds cant even push as high as Immortal or Barbs and BL can't hope to come close to Necro performance. Sadly, my poor BL has been nerfed into the dirt and the class as a whole needs an overhaul. Every single sorc build other than Immortal firebolt likely struggles to reach B+ tier if we agree the Pits are the metric to measure by.
i am starting to hate all this flame shield variation. it is so broken mechanic without it you feel powerless but it is so cheesy and kinda lame but hey you are the reason i play sorc thx for the all efforts
I also hate it. But it just is what it is man. Until we get some respectable boss damage and they get rid of the 1 shots. Its a rough liife with a normal build. Can't wait for flame shield to get fixed next season
What is best Sorcerer build in Season 4? (except those boring Firebolt builds lol) I'm using Blizzard, it's very fun to use, I'm very strong against mobs but I'm very weak against lvl200 bosses. I just can't kill Andariel and Eco Lilith (don't have enough damage, because blizzard needs the enemy stopped to get all iced spikes damages, when the bosses move too much, I can't hit them properly), all of others are easy to kill. Any suggestions guys?
unfort blizzard is the best non firebolt bossing build we have. But actually you can look into using the shock skills CL, BL, or CB with andariels and take vulnerable or close damage tempers to scale it. andariels can carry. you can try it on blizzard, but it doesn't synergize well because you take ice spike dmg tempers on blizzard
Hey lurkin great videos , what do you of ragegamingvideos latest sorceress ball lightning build is it viable ? or are there some things that can be better. I noticed they use a dagger and even edgemaster for an aspect. just wanted to get your input. I have blizzard source just looking a viable lightning build this season thanks. Rage makes notoriously bad builds. His frozen orb build was decent because it was just a copy of mine. If rage keeps up his copying his build should be better than they have been in the past. Edge was taken a while ago because storm swell was bugged. These boards he is making look nothing like anything he’s ever been capable of doing in the past. I don’t think he got better, he was lost without a paddle before. I think he’s just been yoinking mine or northwars builds and making random tweaks. So all in all, better than they’ve ever been because of this
lucky hit chance to freeze is literally the same as frostburns. unless you want to run raiment, shatter has little value. even then you will probably run into huge issues when mobbing due to the required ramping of Ball Lightning to get immortal. I tried shatter and raiment. I just died a bunch
aint gonna lie i played sorc for all the previous seasons but man i fucking dipped that shit a few days ago for a rogue w heart seeker doing way way better in pushing tiers easily shits ass the nerfs they gave sorc absolute classed diffed
