Think it's more a reference to the film Usual Suspects that he plays the lead in and the next line is you never killed a cop, implying that whoever he's talking about is like Kevin Spacey, an actor, and has never actually killed a cop. I don't think he knew anything about Kevin Spacey.

+SexWashington - Diabolic has outshined almost everybody that he's ever featured with. I've been a huge fan of his for years, and have heard most of his tracks, and have only heard two tracks where he's arguably been outshined. The first is Multisyllabus with Diabolic, Danegerous, and Apathy. Apathy's verse is one of the best he's ever spat on that song. And Diabolic's happened to be one of his weakest. The other is Unreasonable with Rhyme Asylum. Diabolic's verse on that track is fire, but Rhyme Asylum is just on a whole different level.
Diabolic's figures of speech are definitely awesome but Immortal Technique is able to use political references and rap about politics with way more skill.
Best tune on the album, by far IMO, and this is one of the hardest instrumentals of all time, also IMO. anyone have a link to the instrumental, other than someones whack rendition?

i had a math question to figure out which ancient civilization had the best approximation of pi. there were 4 digit numbers over 4 digit numbers and the last choice was 22/7 ironically it was the simplest and closest! i have listened to this song in particular 100 times in the last week! absolutely love it! we need more shit on this level!
