I was recently diagnosed (3 weeks ago)with low grade HPV. Since then I have increased my water intake, green tea intake, and juices. Specifically celery, green apple, and spinach; along with grapefruit and orange juice. I’m adding in eating a tbs of mashed ginger and garlic and taking out meat. I’m hoping this will be a successful solution. After this cleanse I will swap some of my juice days with this smoothie suggestion. Thank you for the information!

I've been doing frozen wild blueberry, banana and almond milk smoothies but this sounds good..I was diagnosed in 2019 and I have to consult for another possible colposcopy and im scared. Im truly scared of getting cancer which is part if the reason im vegan but I need to eat plant based again. Im so so glad I found your channel! Here's to healing ✨

@@valmardon1183 it's been about 5 months since my colp that diagnosed me. I just had another colpo..the Dr said he did see some abnormal cells but wants to wait for the results. This time this Dr only took 2 biopsies so I'm hoping I'm regressing. Healing takes time

Dr. Nick thank you for all the wonderful advice I found on your channel! I would also like to add a few suggestions to benefit you and your followers as well: I have recently discovered that bay leaves and cloves have very powerful detoxification, antiviral and antibacterial properties..they have very strong scents from the essential oils they contain.. One can chew on a bay leaf and feel the strong taste..but it can also be used as a tea.. or both the clove and the bay leaves can be transformed into powder and mixed in various things..

I just found out yesterday I am hpv positive and have been scared to tell my partner because I didn’t know I had it because I haven’t done a pap until now this year and found out I’m positive for hpv and worried he could leave me 😢 I’ve been an emotional wreck since I found out and I had the hpv vaccine since 2005 and i don’t know how I still got it by the last person I was with before I met my boyfriend… please help 😢 I’m only 31 years old

Well, there is only so much room, lol. Plus, I don't like the texture that root veggies impart to a smoothie and I usually eat sweet potatoes or squash as well as beets in a salad at other meals, thereby getting red/orange phytochemicals. The goal is to get the colors of the rainbow daily. Thank you for pointing that out.

Pleasee help! I've seen many contradictory information about HPV infections being able to get cleared or not, some say that most people will eliminate the virus without ever knowing they had it, and some say when it stays, it causes the genital warts and other symptons, does that mean that you can only get cleared if your body didn't let it grow? Or you can be cured even after clearing the warts?

Is it OK too eat raw garlic each day? I'm so desperate too find a way off clearing this high risk hpv that I have many years. I have my colposcopy booked. I have streptococcus resistant too anything I tried. My gut is in poor health, after a gut test revealed no akkermansia present. I have no idea about akkermansia. Oh and no lactococcus lactis in my microbiome. Everything seems too confusing, candida never goes either.

Hello. My mum, after a CT scan, was found with an ovarian tumor. Biopsy results are not yet ready for any conclusive remarks so far. Any ideas on what to do? She's just weak and can attend to her normal duties.

Better to stop meat and chicken , and eat a lot of fish .. and if u want take organic chicken like once per week and meat once per week this is what I’m doing now and I hope that helps to get rid of the HPV 😊

Hi im from iran I am a botanist your liver must be clean of any htype of pollution so that the immune system of your body can fight the virus. Even if you use the best medicines, but you use cigarettes or alcohol, the virus will return and increase. Even smoking one cigarette increases HPV, and the treatment is to cleanse the liver and continuously use trityl mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms with garlic in the morning breakfast, which will reduce the virus in 6 months.

Juicers take out the fiber and most people should probably eat the entire plant to obtain the fiber (i.e. a smoothie is better for most of us).

I believe that fasting is very helpful and beneficial. I don’t think that 72 hrs of fasting will clear the virus , my thinking. What I will do is intermediate fasting with supplements and when I eat I will use Dr nicks meal plan video on taking the blended vegetables. I’m taking a months vacation to start my process and get my body used to it until I clear it up .

Doctor i have genital wart i burn it in 2017 and come back now.. In my penile area.. Just one wart like the last but in other place near to the old... Is it dangerous in my wife?
