Imperator Rome Tutorial with Invictus Mod 05 Buildings and Provinces 

Imperator Rome has a lot of moving parts for it much like other grand strategy games from Paradox. So I thought to try and make a tutorial series for some tips on how to play it with the Invictus mod enabled. This is my first tutorial series for a game, so I hope it comes across well.
