I think the reason he choose house 3 because it has a very homie and cozy feeling, while house 2 it feels like something was missing in their maybe because it was over spacious.
House 2 was my dream house ...very relaxing to the eye and clean and bright and modern and classy and spacious and only few furniture but very well chosen .A home theater and a jakouzi and I m ok
I like house #1 for the basketball court. I love seeing mansions w a full indoors court. 1/2 court is fine too. Full court is better though. I liked the view from house #2, and warm colors of the inside of house #3. House #3 also has a nice workout room, but really any room can be converted to a workout room. I'm happy that she's happy.
I love House #3 with so many special touches, but I prefer the ensuite in House #1. House #2 would make a stunning Vacation Villa. Veletta made the Prime choice in House #3 with a wealthy combination of Customized, Cozy, Grown & Sexy, Social, Fabulous Family & it's all ALIVE! Home is to be lived in & the outdoor spaces too.😊 The palm trees & fabulous architecture will be a constant focus on the beauty of clean natural West Coast Living. Then there is THAT Kitchen Island!😉
I personally liked #2 & #3 but for different reasons. Number 2 had better curb appeal but it also had the least outdoor privacy and security. With that home your neighbors have side and rear sight access to your property. #3 was beautiful indoor and outdoors but was far and away the better over-all choice because it was more livable and has great outdoor privacy. Security is a big factor in southern California and being only 40 minutes from Los Angeles is not a reason to let your guard down. The buyer was smart.
DAMN! You were already judging a person as being "stuck up" before you even clicked on the damn video?! What kind of prejudices and issues do you harbor? Wow. And what does being humble or stuck up have to do with a person buying a house? People with either trait need a roof over their head too.
She lives through her husband. I personally would've purchased ( 3) Million dollar homes in different states that I love to visit. I was soooooo hoping she would've picked house number 2. That baby was Grand. 🥰
Villa number 2 was simply stunning 😍, it was the most private the other two, I felt were more overlooked. I noticed villa 1 was next to a road from the rear garden side. Personally I didn't like the exterior design of villa 3.
oh goodness the drone shot just reminds me of rich peoples ghetto. too close together. give me the burro any day but still nice to dream. just wish there was more space between places
I don't care for the 1st home at all. The 2nd home is definitely more of my style with the Manicured lawn the gorgeous views and it just seems so romantic
Some of these comments are so funny. Let's see if it checks off all the boxes. If you can't check off all the boxes with $4 million, then what would it cost to do so. And to say that over a quarter mill is a LITTLE over budget and one mil is a LITTLE under. . . . oh well, it's fun to look at these gorgeous places and especially drink in the beautiful views!
I know what the lady was saying about the second house. Everything is white ! That house needs a person to stage it. It’s not furnished properly and needs warmth to make it a home.... Also the host said that the first two houses are contemporary and they really weren’t....the last one was though
Wow I'm Black and I didn't get that at all. It was not that it was to white it was to pristine; sort of like a museum is exactly what she tried to convey. It could have been RED and if designed the same way (a place you feel funny taking your shoes off) she would have said the same thing.
@@ichi8017 That's the impression I got too. I was thinking she could change whatever she doesn't like with different decor, furniture, etc. I think something else wasn't impressing her about that place.
@@yoitsniko white furniture gets dirty easily so a lot of people who have all white furniture don't want people to touch it as it's just there for show. She didn't get a relaxing comfortable feeling with EVERYTHING being all white. If the home owners were really trying to sell the place they probably shouldn't have staged it with white on white but instead added some warm colors for contrast. I just saw this idea yesterday on a tv show for people who were trying to sell their home.
All 3 homes were very nice but; house #1 had the perfect price but the style was out-dated and did not like the location! Home #2, was one that I loved because it was beautifully done, with the exception of the sterile entry way! White furniture, white walls and white floors, would drive me nuts! It lacked contrast but; nothing that paint and warmth of furniture could help! Home #3 had the extras, that the other 2 didn't have! Gym, Theatre and Outside Pizza Oven! Plus the inside was gorgeous! House #2 front and house #2's back would be the perfect marriage! ⭐⭐⭐
As a person living in France, I simply cannot understand why oh why would anybody call the second house French-style country home :) I am sorry, but a French person would go blind by all this white color :D The only French thing about that house may be the "French doors", although this is not entirely accurate either :) And French style pools do not exist ;) That being said, the second house was beautiful, but my favorite was the third (the view).
I'm hoping someone have a good heart giving a a cheap house for me together with my family here in manila Philippines.. I'm wishing and praying for this ambition.
#1 was stuffy, outdated. #2 clinical as an operating room. Like someone went around with white paint and sprayed everything. #3 had some personality, as though people actually LIVED there! What's not to like...!? Hope the buyer and her family enjoyed her choice.
