IMPROV, FORGIVENESS AND LEADERSHIP II (NORAH HAS QUESTIONS) // This is the recording from the 2nd week of The Funny Thing About Forgiveness Read Along livestream. If you're wondering what the true meaning of yes and is, or how applied improv is meaningful in the workplace this video will help with understanding yes and at work, and will promote sincere, effective collaboration at work. In it, I respond to questions from Chapter 2: A New Understanding of Yes, And - which leads to a discussion about engaging brave conversations, meaningful rituals for mindful leadership, how I use motivational interviewing in my work, and how to find healthy motivation and joy in your journey of leadership development, professional growth, and growth as a heart centered person.
The book is about servant leadership, heart centered leadership, healthy workplace cultures, people first cultures and how to cultivate emotional well being as a leader. It's called The Funny Thing About Forgiveness: What every leader needs to know about improv, culture and the world's least favorite f word. The foreword was written by internationally renowned comedian Colin Mochrie of Whose Line Is It Anyway.
