This doesn't Predate a Dance with Dragons, the book with Cersei's walk of Atonement, it's a lot less likely that someone would be referencing the book instead of the show, but it could be what happened.

Tessa was also in Spies are Forever, a Tin Can Bros musical. TCB is basically some of the starkids who do sketches together
