Clear Mental is gives you certainty and focus for cue ball control and potting.
Usually fear and uncertainty creaps in when you are not 100% sure about your desicion and wants that happens is even difficult to focus on shot you play because your cue ball speed is going to be random.
Mental clearity tips
1. Have a clear view where you want to put cue ball to have a good position for next shot
2. Once you down to the shot empty your mind and execute shot for the mental image you created
3. Related to tip 1 just think at least 2-3 shots ahead.
