I make the hardest English conditionals easy for you to understand and use in this video. The 3rd Conditional, Mixed Conditionals and Mixed Modals cause a lot of confusion - but mastery of these grammar points is essential if you are to speak with Advanced English, or reach English Proficiency. The advice I give you will help you progress to a C1 English or C2 English level in your grammar.

(by the way, I would LOVE to help you even more with your English! Here is a direct link to my Advanced English Grammar course on Udemy - perfect for C1/C2 level learners to improve further): bit.ly/EnglishWithRupertGrammar
In this video, I teach you
- How to form the 3rd conditional
- Why we use the 3rd conditional
- How to change the word order with the 3rd conditional
- How to use inversion with the 3rd conditional
- When to use "Could", "Might" or "Should" when forming conditionals
- How you can mix tenses in your conditionals.
If you wish to speak Advanced English, learning the language taught in this English lesson correctly will help you to convince your listener that you are an advanced speaker of English.
The lesson is useful for anyone who wants to learn English, but it is particularly useful if you are at B2 English, C1 English or C2 English level - or if you are studying for IELTS 5, IELTS 6, IELTS 7, IELTS 8 or IELTS 9.
I am a university lecturer in English language, and I speak with a native accent.

Why don't you use such linguistic terms as conditional, subjunctive 1 and 2 and suppositional moods?

Linguistic terminology seems to vary from country to country! I try to pick the terms which are easiest for most people to understand. I hope you enjoyed the video 😁

@@EnglishwithRupert So I thought. The video is good. I would certainly have enjoyed it, had I watched it some fifty years ago when I was learning and then studying English at a Russian Foreign Language University. You do our things clearly.
