Most exercises that are focused on coordination can have a dramatic impact on cerebellar activation, which in turn can play a big role in improved balance. However, we would not say that this is the only exercise you need if you have balance issues as there are multiple factors that need to be considered. And yes, you can think of these types of exercises as remapping through specific challenges. Thanks!
Hi I have always struggled with hand to eye coordination. I would like to be able to play pickle ball. I have a hard time judging where the ball will land to hit it. Would these exercises help with that? Are there any others you would recommend?
Yes it's likely that these exercises will help some. However, there are other things that should be evaluated. Unfortunately, there are no "simple" exercises that we can provide here as difficulties in depth perception can come from a variety of issues. We would highly recommend that you consult with a vision training specialists or behavioral optometrist in your area for an evaluation. Good luck!
Sir i have a question you might be able to answer. I suffer from chronic anxiety and depression, i have used some meds but their effect was not long lasting and now that i am preparing for my exams, i find it really difficult to concentrate on studies. Do you think any physical exercise could handle the dis balance of the neurotransmitters?
not to be a hater , and yes i don't know much about this kind of exercise , but this seems a bit woo woo like oh ya I touched some circles and my arm works now , don't believe everything you see on tv kids
