Modern fitness influencers: 1) you use methane, tren, deca. 2) You pump before recording video and choose the light 3) You show harmful, ineffective and rare exercises, you do it “not like everyone else” and present it as the secret of success.
@@justinrodriguez1104 sorry but these exercise are actually horrible, search and you'll see very experienced athlets and coaches saying this. And yeah this guy is clearly on gear.
I'm just glad to see that a few good influencers have made fitness so much better for us that most of us in the comments are calling out the bullshit exercises shown in the video.
@@desertkhalthere’s more risk doing a traditional bench press grip then doing the reverse grip lol it takes way more pressure off the front delt and shoulders which is the number one cause of injury Most people who transition from the standard bench to the reverse grip do it in partly because it’s significantly safer of a movement I don’t personally do the movement it’s simply a preference but no there’s not more of a risk it’s arguably the opposite due to the natural leeway of form critique in the standard bench press when doing the reverse grip your elbows will already naturally be tucked, shoulders in alignment and chest in a proper position something the standard bench requires more skill to do properly especially as a beginner
The fact this video has 35k likes is so sad. People really just fall for anything. Was gonna write refutations to why each exercise sucks ass but 90% of the comments seem to be doing that already, I love it so much.
@@arc_aintdying Everyone can do this. But even if they couldn't: impossible exercise doesn't equal straight up gains. If an exercise is more difficult to perform rather than effective, then you'll risk end up getting an injury and barely any action on the muscles
The reverse grip bench press adds emphasis on the upper chest, so it can be a good exercise to incorporate into your workouts, but with improper form it can strain the biceps. Also, always use safeties, have a good spotter, or just use dumbells because if you drop the barbell or it slips from your hand, it will come down on the throat, not the chest. Front raises train the front delts which is important for 3d delts, but it doesn't train chest and the front delts are often overtrained through other compound exercises. Finally, the close grip smith machine... thing, does not train the chest either, as a close grip hugely emphasizes the triceps instead of the "inner chest" as is so often told. All in all, the exercise choices aren't great. Stick to basic compound lifts such as the bench press, dips, or incline bench press (for upper chest), especially for beginners. Other isolation exercises (like chest flyes) can also be added to emphasize the pecs further.
I feel like I am growing muscle by just watching these videos. This guy will meet a hear attack before 50 if he continues to swallow that much chemistry
@rollertee Still terrible advice. 1. Valid but unconventional and kinda unneccesary 2. Literally a front delt exercise that has no place in a chest tips video. Last one is technically a chest exercise but is literally the nr1 worst chest exercise you can do, you’re basically going out of your way to do an annoying chest press that specifically targets the most useless part of the exercise to keep out the best part.
@@gromswowguide7927 I agree for the most part, but for no.2 humerus flexion is still a function of the pectoralis major. Low to high pec flies are a solid chest exercise
The last one is triceps, it's called close grip bench and isolates the tri not chest and the first one will probably lead to someone chopping there head off with that grip and it will also focus more on the front delt
@@PressinPickle yes it is. That's close grip bench. It's working the tricep. I bet your the type to say Mike o hern is natty. Go back to watching V shred because you sound as dull as he is
@@MartinJones-s9v no that’s not close grip bench cuck hands are supposed to be pronated on the barbell and not nearly that close of a grip. This is an entirely different thing
@@PressinPickle it's a close grip. When I do close grip bench I have about 4 to 5 inch space between my hands to really isolate the tricep.. it's mostly tricep . What's wrong with people these days
I would always recommend to stick to basic chest compound movements before you jump to any advanced movements. If you don’t know the basics you shouldn’t be doing more complex movements. Slow and controlled movements are more important to master or learning to control the weight you use.
A razão por fazermos supino com a pegada pronada é ter facilidade de chegar na falha e poder guardar o peso em segurança. O último exercício que você mostrou me pareceu ainda mais perigoso. This guy not only takes steroids to catch your attention, he also does it with the worst possible exercises there is for chest (one of them not even being a chest exercise), it’s very dishonest as a gym veteran i know this guy doesn’t incorporate any of these on his chest days ever.
@@gromswowguide7927if he takes tren and steroids thats his personal choice and life who tf are you to advice him the exercises are still good and he is still tryna help others what did u do? nothing. exactly my point so shut your hole.
@@LeeLam-xj9bdif you juice, that gives you the ability to do more work than the ones who don't, that's one of the reasons people juice. I don't juice but the guys I know who do, do way more than the ones who don't.
@williambarth5271 but nattys have to do it for way longer to get similar results and still feel the burn regardless of weight or reps. I'd rather not destroy my natural T levels and get hooked on a dangerous drug for the rest of my life.
@@bobbobek2098that's not a natural physic and just because he's only maintained a curtain physique for a long time is zero proof that drugs weren't used that's stupid logic. At any rate drugs or no drugs this is retarded advice all 3 of these exercises are literally worse than basic bb or dB press and the middle one won't even hit your chest it's a front delt exercise
Definitely trying the last 1... I will say this to everyone that always runs back to the comments about people like him using steroids, do u guys kno that u can take all the steroids u can and if u eat like shit don't train good u will never come close to this guy or any 1 fit like this... this is another level of nutrition and gym dedication that 95% of people don't have.. to get super lean and keep muscle while eating less and calorie deficit the only think steroids will do is keep u from wasting ur muscles away... those that train kno how hard it it to even get like this taking all the things u think he's taking.. even taking the stiff u think its still so hard.. tbh when some one is built like this or when someone is a millionaire all those that can't do the same will convince themselves of the successful having to do it some bad way because u urself can't do it =excuse why ur not doing it..... #1 reason why some people don't like others for no reason except they better than u.. I have no idea who this guy is I just kno from experience people not liking me for success... UD BE SURPRISED WHEN U REALLY MEET PEOPLE LIKE THIS OR SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE THEY LIKE HELPING OTHERS AND ARE VERY LIKABLE
