What to increase your leg height in extensions and developpes to the front and side? This exercise builds the strength in your deep hip flexors as well as your core. Add these to your warm up or cool down 3-4 days a week, and you'll find your legs will start to feel much lighter! If you really want to challenge yourself, add ankle weights
