I have -3.50(Left) & -1.75(Right). Starting this excercise from today May 19, 2024. Yoga exercises are slow & steady process, so I believe it will improve my eye sight if I do it consistently. 1. Eye excercise - 3 times per day 2. Sungazing - Rising & setting Sun I'll update my progress every month here, pls remind me!!
I have -5.5 power. I am very worried so i am going to do these exercises from April 28, 2024. I'll update my results every month. Remind me. May: it has been 5 days and my vision has gotten quite better but there isn't significant change in power for now.
Day :1 no change Day 2 no change Day 7 : no change Day 10 : slight improvement ( in my right eye I guess 2 nd month : my before my power was -3 and -4. 25 now it is 2.75 and -4
To everyone who keeps asking if this gets you rid from glasses than simple answer is may be. You have to try to know but it surely will improve ur focus and help u see things more clearly at distance. These exercises will be even more effective if you also get at least 5-6 hours daily proper sleep and drink 4-5 glasses of water too. This will make your eye muscles strong and u will feel improvement by week 3 one tip is to keep doing these exercises throughout whole day for example, if u r using cell phone than take a break for 5 minutes in between and do all of these at least 10 times, than also one thing is to go on ur terrace/ourside house or floor and spend some time there by looking at distance. Do this daily. spend at least 15 minutes outside house on terrace. Focus away on the sky( dont directly look at the sun,,, it will damage ur eyes but far into sky away from direct sun,,, than on grass,,, on traffic etc
Bro I get 7 to 8 hour sleep and also drink 5 to 6 ltr water per day but the thing is till I woke up and till I get bed my watching time of screen is too much due too study all day and some works. If I doo this am I able to maintain my eyesight, currently I am sensing that my right eye getting effected when I see moon in night it's seems to me a just little blurry I am very frustrated bro
Main thing is that our eyes are too stressed because we are always on screens and seeing near objects. We need to relax our eyes and eyes only feel relax when we see at distance. We have to go out, see distant objects, also within house, focus on something thats away from eyes. This will improve our focus. Second thing is blinking. We dont blink much. Blinking provides oxygen to eyes. We need to blink more. This also relaxes eyes. The more we relax our eyes every day, the more eye muscles will get strong hence improvement in the sight
I suggest this advice for ur eye improvement, take some ice and wrap it in a piece of cloth and then Put it on ur eye for 5 - 10 mins twice a day, it will sure improve your eyesight

Wow.. didn't think this would work, but it does. I'm recovering from an eye injury, and my vision in one eye was terrible. Doing these exercises just one time I can see a difference! Thanks for sharing this info..
This actually works! Been doing these exercises off and on for years. When I went to get my eyes checked, they told me I had 20/20 vision! NEVER been told that before! So this is for all those who don't believe lol! Consistency is key! They even have apps that show you these same exercises along with other eye exercises. I do them when I feel like my eyes need it.
One of my Brothers, who nearly died from an accident....his Neurosurgeon taught him these eye exercises. He's the only one in the Family who never needed glasses.... perfect 20/20 vision the rest of his life (68 years)!!
This is what my mother's doctor says 8 years before. It'll definitely work. My mother had great eye problem. She has gone to many hospitals but this exercise only works. Try every morning and have a nice sight 🤗
@@tanmayeemoharana9833 My uncle claimed that he did these types of exercises and was able to improve his vision and doesn't need to wear glasses anymore, so possibly if you're consistent with it.
Bro please be consistent with your exercise because my power was the same two years ago. And when I checked my eye power it had worsen. I regret not doing anything in the early stage itself 😢 I wish it doesn't happen with you
I am 15 and i have -3 eye power... By father was born with retinal eye defect resulting in mild vision.. (he cant seeat night).. he has a power of -11... So he keeps insisting me and my brother to take care of our eyes (cuz he knows how precious it is).. and also my eye doctor said that there is a chance that either me or bro can end up like my dad.. so that freaked me and my parents... So i am deciding to do these exercises.. pls pray for me and my bro...
Take a genetic test. Most likely, he has retinitis pigmentosa. I have, my bio dad has it, one of my sons inherited. If you have it, you would know by now. My prescription is minus 16. My son is slowly going blind.

But still I am doing these exercises... But I can't help feeling sorry for you... Don't worry.. everything happens for a reason... @user-ol2wp6tz4r You would know very early on if you had it. My son and I have been to eye doctors since we were toddlers. As for miracles, I don't believe in them and absolutely think it's nonsense that everything happens for a reason. There's no reason, it's pure genetics.
I also noticed that these exercises not only improve your eyesight, but it also strengthens your eye muscles and your eyes become more open, and attractive. I used to go around with my eyes squinted like a Chinese samurai, but after doing these exercises for some time, i started noticing a lot of changes 😀 Must say, i feel more confident in looking at peoples eyes
Today I went for my annual eye exam. The Opthalmologist was surprised the my power changed. I asked her, 'good change or bad change'. She didn't say anything. When she wrote the prescription, the power was lower from before. Not much but -2 became -1.75 and the astigmatism also reduced in one eye from 125 to 75. This is a first for me in 14 years of eye glasses. Until now it remained same or worsened a slight bit. In the last two months, I practiced this simple eye exercise routine for 20-30 days from the SatvikMovement Channel. Even without the test, I felt a change in my eye capability. For example, moving the eyes clockwise on my first day of eye exercise was super difficult. After about a week, it became more smooth flowing. I think eyes are one of those neglected parts of our body. With age I'm realizing all parts of our body are so important and Yoga practices should not be only reactive after issues happen, but proactive - likely how it was in our traditions originally.
you should still do it just like we should do body excercise even if we're healthy, think like doing exercise will get save in your account for future health

This exercise will surely strengthen your extra ocular muscles and will give you less pain and less chances of getting squint when not using glasses, but it will not help you get rid of glasses. Aram or Ilaaj Mein fark Hota Hai.

I have started this excercise by today only i am gonna update it frequently so u can see how its going of my eyesight , i really hope it works i am going to do all the eye excersises , sun grazing and i swear if sungrazing makes my eyesight weak or blindness i will file a case 😅 well i also eat carrots every day 100% accuracy not lying being honest ( My Eyesight is currently -4 ) from last year its stable in this only no change thats why i am starting this excercise Day 1 - No Change till now

I did for a few weeks and honestly I saw a very slight change in my eyes I could see slightly clearer which shocked me because I Honestly thought these wouldn't work You should try staying outside for a few hours or going out on walks during sunny days Of course it did not give me back my Clear vision but I think it can make a person's vision improve a bit of they do it regularly and like the right way Sorry for not informing I have school and everything and I rarely come back to the video as I have learnt the excersices by heart now,😭
We so appreciate your help. And definitely going to try again. Something my Optometrist told me the same. Our eye balls are muscles. They need exercise too. Just like it’s important for our bodies. Eyeglasses and Contacts are like a band aid. So when you’re in familiar surroundings. Remove them and do similar movements like you have shown us. Your a Blessing. Umm..I think this exercises help relaxing the eye muscles and also help to speed up eye movements. Our Taekwondo coach used to teach us these exercises because they help comprehending attacks from any direction.
This is exactly what my ayurvedic doctor taught me to practice after I got my eye treatment done, with this focusing on the candle flame and some more. Ofcourse it doesn't make you get rid of glasses but it'll surely help you to maintain it from getting worse, cheers! and thanks 🙏.

Note- this will not make your eye power 6/6....but doing these exercises will surely reduce pain..discomfort and puffyness of your eyes...your eyes and brain will feel relaxed after doing this
Such a amazing exercises tht i would recommend my patients to do but it doesn't make u get rid of glasses but to relax muscles for both movements and accommodation
