Totally agree with what you said Stuart 😊 To supplement what was said, a simple way to think about and write risks is; There is a risk that (risk event) ........due to (cause).......resulting in (impact). An example fully written; risk event There is a risk that UX integration will be more complex than anticipated cause due to the integration with this system not being attempted before impact resulting in additional cost* and schedule* days overrun *add quantified metrics I hope this helps someone!
