im a soccer player and i have to say thats the best video for ankle pronation. Damn im doing this exercises for 5 days and i see the results already. No Shin Splints anymore!

This is great after my ice session I sensed foot muscle that allowed me to transfer weight an force into the ground felt cool probably need to eventually dive into this Soon

If you pronate or supinate, wouldn't exercises only have a limited effect and you must add wedges or a shim to oneside of the blade? By the way I supinate slightly.

I have a collapsed left arch and my left ankle overpronates, I can’t hold a flat or an outside edge on my left foot, would the superfeet yellow hockey insoles help?

YES. But have arch wedges to stuff in-between the superfeet and the boot.

@@KP-zd3hc really? I wear just superfeet directly in my boot without extra wedge and find it perfect, can skate with really nice deep edges. Do you find extra wedge makes a big difference? Do yu have a recommendation of what type to try? I find it hard to fit anything else in my skate because of the tight fit. I also have one leg shorter than another so I have to wear a heel lift in one skate.
