Brent! Wow thanks!!! Greetings from central Iowa. I had no idea you would put this analysis on your channel. This video is actually of my son Will. This was his first session this past winter after wrestling. Probably why he is lowering his level lol. He just turned 13 here. Big framed kid. 5'11" 165lb. He has always been flat footed with low mobility. However, he's slowly growing into his body and becoming more athletic. We have been working hard and he's improved immensely from this video. Thanks again and we'll keep watching and working!!! Chris

Top Velocity is an amazing organization. Every time I have been blessed to talk with them they have taken the time to go through whatever my questions have been. My son has only been able to do the beginner training and nutrition program. Both are well put together and the dream is to get down to Top Velocity and work with Brent and Dr. Pat. Thank You guys my son has increased his velocity but more important he has done it in a healthy way. My nightmare scenario of him blowing out his arm is a thing of the past.
