The 430 does not disappoint. I rented a 458 before I bought my 430 and I thought the 458 was anti-climactic. An ECU and TCU tune, completely changes the transmission and car and its entirety. my 430 is my forever Car. It is amazing. They will never make a car like that again. NGL I actually love the F1 gearbox in my car after it was tuned. it’s the best of both worlds drives and feels like a manual gearbox but then you’re not rowing gears in traffic, etc

I bought a 08 F430 spider 4 years ago. The thing has been absolute perfection. Nothing has failed on it. It shifts smoothly. I’m so happy with it I’m not even bothering trying to climb the Ferrari ladder any longer. I’m good.

F430 is definitely one of my dream cars. had the chance to take 7 laps in one at Exotics Racing in Vegas. Wont be buying another car until i can get a 360 Modena or 430 Scud.

Dude they way you mention Analog raw driving... really makes me want to tell you how about doing a restomod on a 60-70's car? I know it's not the style of channel but I think it would be something really cool and different that you guys have never done

The clutch life isn't that great with the F1 gearbox. With a manual you can atleast control it. Some cars just need a manual and the F430 is one of them.

E▶ Every Gas Gauge has a little arrow next to the little pump icon. That arrow tells you which side of your car the fuel door is on

You should get yourself a Ferrari 599 with the v12 and do a manual conversion kit you should check out DDE’s 599 straight pipe v12 would be insane for the channel

To me, some of the appeal of the 2007 cars, like you were saying, is they are NOT perfect so you can modify them and make them perfect like manual swap, brakes, suspension, wheels, seats, etc. that’s fun and satisfying

Ferrari 430 + Gintani exhaust, full suspension overhaul, a few slight engine upgrades and manual transmission = Perfection. The 997’s are nice but they’re no ‘rrari….

TJ, BEFORE buying it, consider driving a f430 scuderia! They are approaching (if not already at) blue chip collector car status and can be manual swapped the same way an f430 can.

Growing up is realizing that you don’t need a fast car to have fun. Rather cars that are “imperfect in the correct ways” or that have character is what makes a car fun

Can you get a Scuderia module for the F1 shift until you get everything for the manual swap, like Vin did to his 360? I know 911s are great to drive, but if you take a second look at this as you walk away, it's a car for you. There is no brand that stirs your blood like Ferrari and like you said, this era was peak. Buy a 430 with the carbon ceramic brakes and maybe better seats (swapping in a set of Recaros is not a bad idea), get the scud module and enjoy it a little more while you throw suspension, the manual swap and an exhaust at it.

You can always look at the gas icon on the dash and it will have an indicator to which side the fuel neck is on

For that money I’d be a little different and go for a 2012 Audi RS5 and spend the difference on an extensive parts list. The last year Audi kept the v8 in the RS 4/5 lineup before going v6 turbo. Collectible car 👌🏼

On ur gas gauge by the gas pump emblem their is an arrow indicating which side the pump needs to be on. On every car

You can find a manual 430 for a decent price out there right now. These still had a manual. The 458 was the first one with no manual.

Teej- Little trick for knowing where gas cap is…usually on the fuel gauge with a little arrow pointing left or right showing which side cap is on….Atleast on the poor people’s cars…I’ve never driven a Ferrari.

Buy the Ferrari because you can create a lot more content with it. Each step creates content: 1. Conversion to manual, do due diligence on where you buy the kit as there is a scammer among those selling. A topic in itself. 2. KW shock absorbers. 3. S-LINE plus manifold and cat delete. If the noise is too loud, keep the original cat. One topic is why all variable valve exhaust systems sound so much worse than those without. 4. A tune with the best company. 5. Bigger wider rims, 20x12 at the back and it seems to go with 20x10 at the front but 20x9 is perhaps safer. Titanium wheel bolts. 6. New car seats. 7. Other cool mods. For example, there is a compressor/supercharger for them. A red Ferrari F430 makes children jump up and down and scream with joy, the Porsche is most appreciated by car geeks. If you manage to convert it to your liking, it combines the design and magic of the Ferrari with the experience of driving the Porsche.

There are software updates to improve the gearbox as used on the scuderia and challenge stradale also you can remap the existing to get a big performance boost and when you are pushing it on backroads the f1 gearbox is better
