u(t) just becomes u[n]? not u[nT]? Why is that?

+Lucas as T is the period, it's unchanging and non variable, that said, each increase in n, will increase another sample, with a period of T from the one before.

you're right, he is just using engineering notation, and not formal maths, video was great btw
