No player in the NFL, even the starting quarterback, should ever feel completely confident that their job is secure. I don't feel that way with my job. If my performance falls off and my company can replace me with someone that is better and cheaper, then I'm out of a job. That's not controversial, that's life.

Does anyone remember when Seattle signed this QB name Matt Flynn? He signed a 3 year 20.5 million, 9 mil guaranteed. This this was a big contract in 2012. But as it would happen, this 3rd rd pick QB by the name of Russell Wilson beat Matt out and won the starting job. History will that didn't work out so well for the Seahawks. I am not even going to watch this video. It is foolishness to think Penix will see the field during the regular season for the next two or three years. Cousins is a much better QB due to his experience. It is a huge opportunity for Penix to learn from one of the most professional QB in league history. If Penix is humble and focuses on learning from Cousins - in 3 or 4 years, Penix will be scary good.
I he won’t Cousins will start and won’t play preseason more then likely. Cousins can play well and having a losing season and will start all of yr 1 but in yr2 they will change if he isn’t winning. Yr 3 it’s Penix team.
