When your mentioned the standing shoulder press I’ve been recently incorporating those over sitting. The pump is crazy and you definitely feel the activation a lot more. 💪🏻

Definitely do more than one man. It all depends on your routine though. If it’s an area you want To improve or feel is lacking, get more volume/overload in each week. That’s what helped mine grow :D no way big but that’s when I started finally seeing progress. Just my opinion test out what works for you man

yo somebody help me! i do monday - Chest and shoulders, Tuesday - Arms, Wednessday - Back and legs. i do this twice a week keeping sunday holy.. is this a good program?
Frederik Moltke i would split it up differently for example push pull leg, or chest/back, shoulder/arm and legs. Now u have legs and back which are 2 big muscles groups together meanwhile u have a relatively small muscle group as in arm dedicated to an entire day.
The way you do the dumbell pullover it is almost ol tricep mate, your elbows should not extend when doing the movement, they should be constantly locked in the same position
It was 325 for 3/4 reps but it was for multiple sets he could prob get 345 for a max triple but even that doesn’t equal a 415 bench which he has done and it was pretty easy for him but he did have elbow sleeves, all in all with the evidence I have presented I would lean towards him being off cycle
@@brotherlygaming1520 He's not off cycle you idiot. People that are serious about bodybuilding don't go off cycle, they just lower doses sometimes to rest the body. He's just not on the same stuff as he was during that period.
Dumbbell pullovers for chest lmfao... people are still falling for this? It doesn't work your fucking chest, just because you can squeeze the chest during the movement doesn't mean it trains it, look at the movement scientifically... I could squeeze my chest hard as fuck during bicep curls, doesn't mean they will train my chest
