In Depth: High mobile home park rent 

This is what happens when corporations buy these parks.

There should be a limit on how high the rent can go up. Theres to many family's that are living on the street because theres not a ceiling on it.

This has got to stop. All over this country, homes are unaffordable, apartments are unaffordable, condos are unaffordable, and now mobile homes are unaffordable. Where are we supposed to live?!!!!! In our cars? Out in the woods? The mountains? Seriously, this has got to stop!!!!!

Live in a 55+ community, just got the notice that the lot rent will now be $1,077 per month. How are senior citizens suppose to live in this economy when this continues to happen.

If you buy a home, you want to own the land that it is on.

Get you to an owner-owned park. Or gang up and buy a parcel with a group of associates and develop it yourselves. Price gougers are everywhere.

In sunnyvale california the lot rents are up to $2800 a month!!!

What about elderly homeowners property tax who are on a fixed income when will we get some relief 🥲 amen 🙏

Same is true about HOA'S and SA re condos.

They did this here in Corona, CA and the city officials did nothing to step up to help the people who eventually lost their homes. Some mobile homes dated back to the 50s and 60s and they got rid of those and moved in new or newer ones.
