I see nothing wrong, this is just satirical humor with a smidge of rib-splitting, I especially love when he says up up and away and does the window exit, always cracks me up
I don't see anything offensive about this sketch. In fact. it's one of the few times. I have seen PWDs portrayed without pity. As part of the larger society. I was born with CP, & political correctness has made things worse. A disability isn't a positive or a negative. it just is. Pity is what is crippling, & what I find most offensive. Society's perception of my reality. Presumes much. WRONGLY!! That prejudiced perception. Is by far the biggest barrier I face. My wheelchair & crutches represent freedom & independence. I am not sitting in a corner, (sad) & waiting to walk. I love my life, I wouldn't change a thing. Lastly CP is not retardation!! A speech impediment or a wheelchair, doesn't make someone a moron.
You are correct, Kelli. CP has at least five different types of manifestations, like spastic, athetoid and a few others. I for one would never judge you - and your words show that you have a strong soul. Plus, you are correct - it is the PC and Social Justice culture which have made things worse for you, not ordinary Americans. Period.
I never seen any old film where a disabled character was treated with special treatment or pity. I think treating the disabled with pity is way more of a liberal SJW practice.
That's nothing these days! SJW's and liberal pacifist cry babies now freak out and bloody poop their diapers whenever someone even hits a disabled person in self defense! It's like disabled people are the new women or something! it bloody pisses me off!
Because of gay hippies and their feelings were real people can’t even joke with each other anymore without someone’s feelings being hurt Group up cry babies 🤫
@@prdeacon974 That's what news networks want you to think. But you have to get through childhood before you get to college lol. It starts with early childhood education. That's how basic programming works. College simply instills "Group think". Religion is much the same way. hammer it into them before they are capable of critical thinking and before they are able to distinguish real from imaginary. Then they'll never question.
Comedy gold in this skit. Shout out to the power of all handicaps. I worked at a nursing home and I'll be the first to tell ya, they are STRONG, LITERALLY! Just one thing, when the kid jumped at the window thinking he could fly too...why those other kids just watch him fall? Like dayum, that's cold. 😂🤣
I can’t stand cancel culture. We’ll never see humor like this unless we look for what we’ve already seen. This is awesome and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it.
I remember the first time I saw "handi- man" on the show and that thing "wapped" me a good one: I was laughing hysterically and offended / sad at the same time and yet enjoyed it... it was weird...
Your 8th bath day" lol..this is the funniest show. I miss the 90s. The first time I saw this I literally threw up laughing 🤣 lmao...I'm about to do it again...lol.. 👍🏻
Such mixed feelings with this one. Positive and negative points but that is what is good about it. PC would shut this down, while free speech allows discussion and expression. Openness of viewpoints has been stifled to the point that not just the titles or names have been changed but while subject matter. I agree,. What has happened to our free speech nation?
With today’s hypersensitivity and censorship, you could never make such a great show. I am so glad for the past where we didn’t have these restrictions so we could have shows like this to enjoy
Cancel culture would be all over this show and producer to get rid of of it if aired today.📽🎞🖥📺📷📹 This whole new generation is weak lol huge fan of #LivingColor
god i miss comedy. people try to pick everything apart and "protect" the "marginalized " but this is the point of comedy. to laugh, its a way to see the issues with the world and cut them down. I have crohns and don't get offended when I see people doing jokes about that shit because I can tell when something is comedy or when something is in mean spirits
