Hello fam! I am Yvonne Princess Shabangu.
I'm here In my capacity as a masters in Banking Law graduate. My dissertation paper is titled "Digitization of financial services to enhance financial inclusion: a study of South African Law with Comparative insights from Europe". During my research I was so saddened and shocked that there is still a huge number of people who are financially excluded in South Africa.
The main causes of financial exclusion are financial illiteracy, poverty, and unemployment. So two years later from my research i note that the number of financially excluded people in South Africa is still significantly high, so I have decided to start a series on financial literacy/education on my youtube channel. The series is titled "In my BAG", and it will focus on financial education, lived experiences, lessons, regrets and wins regarding finances. Note I'm no financial expert or advisor, if you need one seek one.
The series will air every first and last Monday of the month. I hope you enjoy and learn from it.
