The Colombian side of the Amazon Rainforest was incredible to see and so glad I took this tour. I would definitely recommend going to Leticia and Puerto Narino and doing the 4 day 3 night tour.

Omg I didn't know there was no border between those three countries! That's literally a dream because I want to explore both Colombia and Brazil! I wouldn't have any issues going back and forth between countries like in the Schengen region now would I? @thelifeofJord

Thanks for the video. Lived in Leticia in 1978 for five months, I arrived with $100 in an old cargo plane (hitched the ride in Bogata!) tough but survived painting signs for juice bars, it was a very quite and peacefully place, no cars back then. Had very many adventures there with the locals, the Ticuna's and Jaguar indians. (excerpt from my travel notes) "Leticia is a true Amazon river town founded in 1867 which, like back in 1978 still has no road connections. There were no cars, it consisted of one DAS police agent office, two rickety banks, a grass plaza and a mass of stilted ramshackle wooden tin roof dwellings divided by a grid of red mud roads, it also boasted one decent hotel, the Anaconda for rich travellers or dealers and a town hall, below which stood a bandstand in a small circular plaza leading down to the riverside with all its boat houses, huts and eateries…oh, and a local Tarzan character in Jaguar loincloth with accompanying young boy who for a charge would let the occasional tourist snap jungle photos of them clambering in tree’s."

There is borders between the 3 countries. You can't go that deep into Brasil and Peru from Colombia before the passport check point.
