Congratulations for learning Portuguese. Those are not olives. Walking around barefooted is a bad idea. An innocent in "paradise" --hope you learn something new. Lurking in the streams are stingrays. Step on one and it will stab you with pain unbelievable. By the way, you are not in the jungle, you are in a tourist trap.
While you are in Manaus, you might want to try ayahuasca. Also, the town called Presidente Figueredo--three hours north of Manaus on the highway to Venezuela, is a fantastic region with 450 waterfallks, enormous caverns and primary forest. Not a difficult trip. Want to avoid dengue and malaria? Wear long pants with socks, tuck the pants into the socks. Add long sleeve cotton shirt and hat and you are mosquito proof. The black water streams are free of mosquitos (but not other annoying insects. Enjoy the last living forest in the tropics. I think the fruit you were eating is jumba. About those ants: if a person were to lay down on the ground where they aremassing, your body would be reduced to bones in a few hours. Boa sorte! Abracos!
Thanks for the tips! Seems like somebody already travelled around. I took Ayahuasca in Peru about 5 hours from Iquitos. Amazing experience. The author Gabriel García Marquez also talked about those huge streets of ants which will eat just about everything coming in there way. Super interesting. Saudações
Warungs in remote areas of the Amazon are almost not much different from stalls in rural areas on the island of Java. Could that be a measure that civilization in Java is no better than in the depths of the Amazon jungle!?
You have explored wonderful place of Amazon. Though there is inhabitaration. They reside on floating houses. There is forest & land also. Spectacular greenery rivers spring. Nice cinematography
Sir if you wish could you put the name o the place where you took the first boat to the jungle and if you can the name of the people with witch you encountered with during your stay especially that lady that was in a red throws
When I was younger I listened to Michael Frank's.he made a song called amazon. This video. Is everything I imagined of that song. Thank you for this video.would love to visit.
Why not ask the locals who were paid 150 euros by each visitor if they are being taken advantage of?. I suspect they will think they are the winners in this encounter.
If you want to get in touch with people and really get to know them yes haha almost all people only speak spanish/portuguese but there are many people traveling around using google translator and there hands to communicate 😂 it actually works but I highly recommend learning the language to have some unforgettable experiences!!!
It's 150€ for a 5 days private jungle tour including lodging, food and activities. And even transport back and forth. Sooo the price was reallyyyy good 😁👀
