Listening to you walk others through the process makes me feel like the Course in a nutshell is telling us to STFU....Imagine how much time we would save ourselves if we would just be silent!!!

That's indeed true.... but usually it takes a longer time before one can really remain in uninterrupted Awareness for weeks, days or even just hours or minutes... But yes, NOTHING burns up one's mental impressions FASTER than practicing to stay as much in Awareness as possible/"bearable"..... Most Course in Miracles Students are so heavily identified with their personality that they would rather do EVERYTHING else... Even - like poor Doreen Virtue - confessing publically what a rotten Sinner they were to at one time even advocate such a "demonic" false Teaching like A Course in Miracles😋😂 So be glad that you didn't end up like poor Doreen....😂 It INDEED gets easier & easier once you have arrived at that insight of yours.... because that eventually creates the Motivation to fully pull through....and once you really do THAT then the progress/peace of Mind becomes self motivating.... Then Meditation changes from a kind of annoying Duty to a real JOY/ Blissful Communion with God/LOVE... I made in 4y more progress in that then in the 23y before with the Course....but still I HAD to go through the 23y before I was able to go on the deep Levels of prolonged daily PRACTICE... would have literally rather killed myself than to do then what I do NOW, lol...😋😂

This is really good lots of resonance with this. I just recently bought the blue book 📖 ACIM complete version ✨ there is a question arising…. What about apparent family members? Like if they are not appearing in front of you…. Do they not exist at all only as a thought? 💭 because really, I’m not here either?? It’s kind of hard to explain this. Like they aren’t in their own homes living their own lives etc??? Can you possibly elaborate on this. There was also an apparent experience as a little girl around age 6-7 years of age where this was seen? Like the Headless way explains it. There was a strong feeling I wasn’t the body and I was staring at my legs and hands vibrating and tingling and wanted to jump out of my skin? Like I couldn’t see my own face and started to wonder how apparent others saw me?? Like did they even exist at all but only in my head??? Keep in mind I was age 6-7. Also I questioned why and how apparent others knew a book was a book or a tree etc??? Like it was made up and by whom? No one could explain this to me they thought I was crazy as a child lol. ❤

I resonate with your questions. I'm thinking more often that everything only exists as thought (since we are purely spirit with a holy mind) but it still kinda freaks me out! When I started the Course, I wondered if my favorite weekend place to eat at with live music was a real place or if it just showed up on the screen of my mind as I witness my illusory personal self driving there...which is illusory travel!

Thank you Keith for your teachings. I’m fairly new to the course. I have a question. Is the ego what is called a ‘soul’?. I know that ego is the wrong mind. Since it is the separate self that doesn’t exist, could it be what we call the ‘soul’. Pardon me if that doesn’t make any sense.

God has but One Son who shines as the truth of every apparent dream character. As such, you are the One Holy, Innocent Son of God, and so are all the other apparent dream characters. And there are no dream characters. You could use "soul" to talk about the truth of every illusory dream character. And that truth is One. Not 8 billion.

What does it mean to hold a thought of perfect love in your mind? You mentioned this in another video. I really want to hold this thought of perfect love in my mind but I have no idea how to do this. I don't even feel love most of the time
