When I was listening, I was thinking 2009 sounded wrong. Cause when they used to do the customer interactions where people could meet the hosts, I remember meeting Bob Bowersox, who David replaced in the food category, and I was very young when we met Bob.
I love David. He and MaryBeth as well as others like Carolyn Gracie come across as honest and sincere, That's what most people like. Also, they are not constantly flipping their hair, pouting their lips, screaming and jumping all over the place. I turn those off immediately. TFS!
He needs to write a low carb, low sugar, quantity amounts cookbook. I too watch the carbs and no sugar but I have only lost 30 lbs in a long time at it. I would love ve to know exactly how he did it.
I love David love the show have bought two of his cookbooks for my husband I use to watch QVC when my husband would take a nap or when he was at work now he is retired and takes naps in the living room in his recliner lol enjoyed your video
David is my favorite. I don't really notice any of the others too much. I was so happy when I saw him losing weight because around the time of the Christmas shows, he was looking very unhealthy. He looked exhausted and sweaty, and also looked like he was bursting out of his apron. Sorry, but some of those super slim photos of him look photoshopped. He still has a sizeable man belly, but it's fine as he has probably lost enough weight. For the diet, he also mentioned on one show that he used to eat a lot when he got home at night after a show. Why would he retire so young? I'm sure with his clout, he could just say he wanted to cut back on shows and make a little less money. Regarding his singing, being in an acapella group at that level is really impressive. I hope that he still enjoys singing or playing an instrument.
David is not retiring He's the king of QVC He's probably making so much money that's why they had to fire all the other ones. If he goes you might as well just close the network.
Can’t see David going anywhere until he’s fired like Carolyn and Dan which some seem to believe was based on age. I can see some of the older hosts going before they get axed.
Who hires the qvc hosts? Train them to sell items, and not talk about themselves! They act like little kids. Jane Tracey absolutely has to talk about herself. She does not belong on beauty and fashion shows.
They are going to pay him whatever he wants to keep him. He can sell you your own skin. Last Sunday was a lock n lock tsv. He sold more in his 4hr show than what was sold in the remaining 20hrs of the day. QVC is struggling as it is. They need him.

He probably just cut down sugar and flour, that's all that is needed to lose weight. Keep eating healthy carbs, like potatoes, they're good for you and filling.

I get so tired of Alberti. He's on air way more than the other hosts. I used to watch Saturday morning Q when David was on hosting it with Kerstin. Then they gave David an evening show and took him off with Kerstin. He was replaced by Alberti who has been there since. This was about 5 or 6 years ago. QVC us constantly shoving Alberti down our throats like network TV is doing with that stupid Ryan Seacrest. I can't stand him either.
I think they send him to other countries. Second, his Dr. Told him to lose weight for his health. He stopped eating carbs and lost 50 lbs. He's not retiring. He loves working on QVC.
They are easing in several hosts to transition and start to ease up. Hosts like Rosina Aberti etc. Same with Leah and Stacy Rousch. 😊😊 Absolutely the highest paid around $500,000 because of his deals with vendors etc etc.

I really like him, he is so much fun. Back when I still watched QVC I always watched him and he has great products. I always had to watch myself not to buy everything he sells lol.
David has CHANGED BIG TIME ,he even has resulted to scarce tactics ,I know they have quotas to meet .,but his sales tactics have definitely Changed . I wish him well ,he used to be a favorite
I love David but I absolutely hate QVC. David is the highest paid host they have and I'll bet they don't sack him like they've done hundreds of others. I would love to support David but I cannot bring myself to purchase from QVC because they are so horrible. It is a pity.
I like watching Dave. What a job to have stand there and talk about nothing for extended periods of time. And then pretend whatever you taste or whatever is cooked in is the best thing you ever tasted very entertaining 😊. But his comments of late about how much sugar is in my spaghetti sauce or the cream I put in my coffee is laden with fat are out of line.
Let David go retire with him long time boyfriend Jimmy who lives at their place in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. David is constantly there. Him and Jimmy are at all the gay events, dances, dinners, socials. It's all over FB. You fools think David is this little sweet Angel. You have ZERO idea what goes on with alcohol and darkness. If you could see the pics of him on the gay cruises and acting like someone important in Rehoboth you would ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED. Used to be great! Every since the weight loss, no food like there was! Bring on a host that can sell food, less gadgets, since he can't eat it, neither can we!? Nope we're done watching him!
David brags too much about his diet while he's stuffing his mouth with carbs. He is too silly at times, such as saying the color purple as poiple. Also, he takes a lot of prime vacation time. Let someone else have time off. I no longer watch him but do check the items on air.
