48:50 living close to a facility and not having access is the worst, I have a similar experience. Imagine living right across a private hospital but having to wait for a public hospital ambulance for emergency medical help because a member of the staff of the private hospital said so. I guess because the original introduction read "...generalist nature of consulting left much to be desired and did not appeal to his 'learning' nature". It also could be to just deal with the awkwardness of presenting in front of ... nobody. Just a camera.
